Hi there, can someone please help me?? I was locked out of my ipsy account because I had been refreshing the page over and over, on March 31,because of the billing changes. Now it will not let me log in, not even over Facebook!! To make matters worse, I don’t remember the password since I made my account back in 2015. And I also don’t use the email account I used to create the account and don’t remember the password. I used to always just remain signed in or sign in via Facebook. I’ve emailed ipsy like 5x and they say they will get back to me when they find out what to do, but they haven’t!! Can someone please help me out I would REALLY appreciate it!

They are just okay. Very retro. I almost always feel that the Plus bag is not big enough for the Subscription that I am paying for. It should be that much better than the regular glam bag. Also they are not as usable because the zippers don’t open far enough.

I think these are adorable! This is the first time that I have liked all three bags. I know not everybody is into flowers so I hope they do more cute ones like this with different patterns. I know a lot of people like to be extra with everything they do, but I think it’s a stretch for anyone to call these vaginal.

I was offered the Ultimate for$12 as a March add on. I caved and tried one month of Plus to go along with my regular bag. That was my first and LAST month of plus.

I have forgotten the log in info I used when I signed up. And even I have tried to find a address, or phone number for ISPY I hadn’t so far. I want to ca cell my SUBSCRIPTION. I was getting charged 10. + change, now its 12.+ change. My bank said on the monthly withdrawal ISPY doesnt show a phone number. I have never seen a withdrawal like this without showing a phone number. And ISPY does not have a customer service phone number that any subscriber can contact the seller ISPY. I want to cancel my account . But I have not be able to. I have talked to other subscribers that had been trying to cancel there account too and had a rough time doing it.
I dont have any course but to go to my bank and closing my account all together . As well as my credit card .
Anyone have any ideas how to get ISPY phone number please email me at [email protected]

They raised price to $12 in August. There is no phone number so nobody can give it. You can reach them on Twitter or email . I get best results with Twitter. If you don’t have Twitter it is free . I only use Twitter for Ipsy.
Ipsy offers support through email and Twitter. I have contacted them several times thru email and they have been quick to respond.
You should be able to contact them through their help center by going to their website, or using
help.ipsy.com
and they should be able to help. Once you access your membership, it’s easy to cancel.

Ipsy didn’t do too poorly for February and of course, I spent more on Add-ons that month than my bag. March is kinda meh for me, but the $2 credit was nice to snag a few add-ons without spending more than my bag.
