Is the bonus item included with the Amazon sub?

I love this sub but I’m not thrilled with several $2 masks in the 7 Lux. Are there any original subscribers out there feeling the same way?

I am bummed about the recent changes. I switched from 4-ever to 7-Lux a few months ago after many years with FaceTory, because I was getting tired of cheap masks. The first few boxes were lovely, but the curation for February and March, and March especially, has been a let down. I will write their customer service too to express my concern. Hopefully they will listen. I don’t really care for the bonus product (I have plenty of unused skincare at home), and if that’s the reason for the change in quality then it’s a shame. I have been getting rid of other subscriptions and was planning on keeping FaceTory only, but the recent turn is disappointing.

Exactly (each of your replies)!. I’ve actually written to their customer service to let them know that I would rather not have the bonus product, since I get plenty of skincare in other boxes, but instead retain the value and quality of the masks that have been sent in the past. That was what drew me to this sub. I hope they listen because this is the one subscription I’ve never canceled and I don’t want to start now!

I came here to see if other people had the same thoughts! I will write them as well. I was annoyed most masks in the Lux Plus are duplicates, and when I opened my package for the Lux just now I also realized how cheap most of this month’s masks are. I made the switch from 4-ever to Lux precisely because I wanted some more premium masks. I gave access to plenty of cheap masks where I live. And I’ve been with FaceTory for years, with no disappointments until now. The February and March box were a let down. I’m not sure why they started including a “bonus product” either, but I suspect that’s the reason for the decreased quality of the sheet masks. I am sorry that if it continues this way I will have to cancel.

Yes, some masks don’t look too good! I like unusual variants or consisting of several steps. But there are not many of them in last boxes… 🤷‍♂️

I was subbed to them for a while and cancelled my subscription because I feel the value of each box is close to the amount you’re actually spending on the box. I can easily go to Ulta or Sephora and pick out a few masks each month and still be within the price range of this sub. I have nothing against Facetory… I just feel it’s a bit over priced for the type of masks that are included.

Same! I’m a little bummed 3/7 of the masks are also in the four mask subscription. Historically there hasn’t been much overlap, I thought the seven mask subscription is supposed to be premium with higher quality ingredients
