Kinda bummed. Didn’t get my choice. I choose the Elemis serum and didn’t receive it. I looked back to see if I got a confirmation email and didn’t. I will be screenshoting my choice in the future after I make it.

Same here! I chose the serum and ordered the cleansing foam from Add-ons immediately after I submitted my choice. I also did not get the confirmation email confirming my choice like I normally do. And I got only 5 items in my box, including the Battington lashes and the iconic illuminator – two things which I have specifically asked them not to include AND not marked in my profile because I never use those types of products.

Pretty frustrated right now.

I choose the Elemis pads this next month now. I screen shot it. If it happens again I’m cancelling. I have like everyone else on here an abundance of product so if they aren’t going to give me my choice there really isn’t a point! Just my perspective.

Same here, I choose the Elemis serum and got the eyeshadow palette. I have enough eyeshadow palette’s. I am wanting mostly skin care and gift everything else away for christmas and birthday presents to my daughter, daughter in law, sister, and neice.

The same exact thing happened to me! I screenshot my choice and emailed them today. They’re no longer sending email confirmations but instead, our confirmations show in our Boxycharm account now I have Premium too and only my premium choice showed up therefore wondering if it override my base box Choice. I have no idea but I’m not happy at all

Does anyone know why I can’t cancel my base box? Last week I was able to cancel my premium and luxe but the option to cancel the base box wasn’t there. There’s just an edit and upgrade button. The edit button does nothing for cancelling.

I just cancelled mine and did not have a problem. It was in the “edit” portion of my account. There was a “cancel” button. Might be misleading because it kind of looks like it is there to cancel any edits that were made.

I also attempted to cancel the base box and thought I did but they still charged me and I still received the box. I’m waiting to see what’s In April’s box before attempting again. It’s definitely not okay if they are not allowing people to cancel. Maybe you could ask them on social media. That might get their attention.

I cancelled my boxycharm base and boxyluxe subscription because the luxe was just horrible for March. The only 2 good products were the sutra curling wand and the pmd face wand. The boxy palette looks better in person and the rest were filler products… hopefully the April premium box will go well.

I missed the choice for the base box so emailed them.. I got a form letter that didn’t even answer my question.. I replied to that and never heard back.. Not very good customer service.. If they can’t add my choice, at least tell me by responding to my email! I never was able to access the choice window for some reason, so I was hoping they would help me out.

I also missed the choice window once, for good reason. I sent them an email explaining why and never got a response. In my experience you will not hear back unless you bring attention to the problem on Instagram or other social media sites. I used to love boxy but this past six months or so have not been a good experience. Bummer.

I clicked on the choice link on my boxy homepage but didn’t complete the choice and closed the window. Now when I log back in I don’t see the choice option anymore. How do I find it again? Also I got a NARS lip paint in my March Luxe box that was not shown as an item. I hate the color, even think I received it before. Its not even on the site to review. I feel like now they just throw stuff in your box to make you have a certain number of items. I’m considering cancelling my subscription. SMH

Everyone received the NARS in their Boxyluxe. I believe it’s the first time we’ve received anything from NARS in Boxycharm. It bugs me when they don’t add items in the box for review. I’ve had it happen several times over the past few months, or it simply doesn’t let me review some items.

I finally pulled the plug on my boxyluxe subscription and my basic box… I was very disappointed with the fact that i got the sol de Janeiro samples because I received them before. 2 samples doesnt count as a full sized product. The other products were just fier products. Boxyluxe has changed they went from 10 products to 9 in just ind er a year. I did like the pmd facial cleanser but I the vibrations may be a problems because they could trigger my migraines and i like the sutra curling wand its perfect for my hair because I have bee. Wearibgbit short for months now. I wish boxyluxe would get better that way I could sign up again.
I did keep my premium subscription because I cant wait to pick the Manny mus palette I love color. . I hope that it works great.. I cant wait to get more products.

Decided to give Boxycharm another chance, wish I had not, even though I have a Beauty profile I don’t think they glance at it. They sent me Murad (Not my choice) sent me 3 nude lip products and Boxycharm eye palette.
Tried to get a hold of them on Twitter their response was the same as the month before when I received acne products even though my profile says I am 56 with dry skin. “ We will try harder in future”
They never offer an exchange or try to make right. Quick to take money slow to correct any mistakes.

They dont go by profiles, and they wont exchange or anything…its a makeup box as surprises, and high end products mostly…they are used to let people try out there brand and products and if you like them you keep buying the product or you check out more from the brands. Boxes aren’t supposed to be the exact makeup you want and you never go purchase anything, like I see a lot of people use it for…on the stuff that dont work for you, save in a box and give them out as Christmas and birthday gifts to kids/family/friends. Saves money buying gifts and also nice to pass along something that might work better for others.

Even if you went out and bought the items separately, you would still pay more then what they charge

Unfortunately, Boxycharm doesn’t use the profile. I wish they would so maybe I could actually receive a lip color that I can wear. They’re always bright red or bright pink. Other than that I really like Boxycharm.

So here is everyone’s COOL tone pallette people have been wanting. Lol. They Just dont do anything for me but I picked one up as an add on and then picked one for choice and figure when they show up if they dont look good I can save them for gifts.

My friends must hate me beca6they are getting to the point of asking me what I do with all my makeup and skincare stuff …and I gift them stuff for birthdays and Christmas…so I guess it must be bad. Lol

But I am curious how the brand is..its a german brand and youtubers I’ve heard over the years say it’s a good brand, so hopefully it is and east to work with, because if it is, I will happily invest in more from the company since they seem to have a lot of eyeshadow pallettes and I collect/horde/love eyeshadow pallettes.

I have about seven pallets from them. It is very good quality eyeshadow. It is not a high end but very good. Eyeshadow are creamy, blend well with little or no fall out. I love Zoeva.

Thank you!!! I sooo wish I would have grabbed the other 2 pallettes they had instead of just one from “add on”. I was unsure as I have never tried this brand, a d heard good things I thought, but it was like 3/4 years ago so I wasnt sure. Oh well. I’m happy i was able to buy one and then select one for my box!!! So hopefully i will have two to play with and will just buy more if they work out okay for me.

I really really want the manny mua pallette, so if i get that AND these other 2 work I will be a happy girl!!! Now I’m even more excited to get out and try it!!!

I’m still dealing with the pop up sale the rose gold brush set was missing a tip of a brush and I’ve seen others missing brushes and broken brushes as well, but boxy hasn’t responded back and then I got an email saying the conrovirus has them running behind answering people, so happy thoughts.

I wonder if the closing of everything will have our boxes not going on on time for the next couple months or will it affect getting products here to put inside the boxes.

Also, does anyone else experience glitches when trying to select an item? I’ve been having trouble since January. In January my selection never went through. In February I logged into my account and could not see anywhere to even make a selection. I kept having to log out and log back in several times before it would even allow me to make a choice.
The exact same thing happened again today. I was able to select an item and tap “submit” but it would not confirm that my choice went through. Again, I had to log out and log back in several times before I was able to submit my choice and get to the confirmation screen.
Boxycharm advices to take a screenshot of the confirmation screen which is nearly impossible because it will only stay on your screen for about 3 seconds.
It’s frustrating every month. Any feedback is appreciated. I don’t need any more skincare. I can’t even get through the stuff they have already sent us.

Luxe was this month, so “choice” wont be for another 2 months nor so. Today is for the “base box” like Squirrely girl (love that name as I rehab squirrels in my part of indiana 🙂 said on luxe months we dont get a base box, just luxe)

It just allowed me to choose for “base box” I was on a Samsung tablet using chrome and it let me today no issues. Go to boxycharm dot com and you will see at the top of the screen a photo that looks like an add click on that and it will then say something about choice…then it will have an option to choose for zovea pallette (could be 10 different ones) or the gel cleanser or the moisturizer or the 4th option is a question mark where they pick for you.

Get ready to screen shot your selection. You know you have to be quick, so know what you need to do for your device so you can do it quick and get it over with. Usually after timenclises to choose they will send you a confirm email, but it’s always best to have screen shots.

If you still have issues do the log out/ clear history /cache then log back in and see if it helps. If not, then try a different browser.

But it’s in a top add looking black square on top of the page when you log in that kinda looks like an advertisement at first with different products on it, click on it and it will say something about choice…

I hope this is able to help somewhat. I was shocked it seemed to be so easy for me today when I’ve not been able to choose anything in months.

I understand that April is not a Luxe month but I was thinking maybe they were allowing choice for the base box for Luxe subscribers on one day and opening it up to base on another day. Does that make sense? Idk, it’s confusing. I have been trying all day to make a selection on my base box account. I can’t get to that screen. Somebody suggested to try a different browser or try on a computer instead of a phone, I don’t have access to a computer. I would just like to have the opportunity to make a selection just like everyone else, Thank You for taking the time to comment. 🐿👍

Btw if you have 2 accounts (1 with luxe and one with base) you will get 2 base boxes this month so make sure you make your choice today for both boxes.

I chose the Elemis hydration juice, and added on the cleanser. I also added on two of the Elemis rose facial oil, after trying it for the first time last night. I got it in my box a while ago and hadn’t opened it yet since I have other facial oils open. I finally opened it up last night before bed to see if I like it, and wow, I love it. It’s not like other facial oils I have tried. It’s not greasy, and it smells wonderful. It not only helped with fine lines, it also firmed up my skin big time, similar to the Kate Somerville serum (Boxy add-on) and the 111skin Cryo Activating Hydro Gel (Ipsy add-on).

I chose the Zoeva palette….all the color schemes look good to me and I’ve been wanting to try that brand. However, I love the nice face cleansers we’ve been receiving, so I added on the Elemis foam cleanser.

I cancelled feb 29th and actually am ok on FOMO which I figured would be really bad. Boxy was just killing me with all the variations and NEVER getting the “good” spoilers so I cut the cord after many years

I’m canceling after April (as I had a subscription). I don’t have FOMO I haven’t gotten any of the “sneakpeak” products (no Twofaced highlighter or Glow in February, no Farmacy this month) in months which makes it not a fun subscription anymore if you are hyped up for these products and you never get them. Not that the smaller brands aren’t great for what they are but I feel like getting another brow pencil and the same set of tweezers, it isn’t worth it.

Zoeva is a brand is like to try but I’d rather pick which palette than be surprised. I don’t like gel moisturizer so I went for the cleanser! Not the most exciting pick but it’s useful 👍
