Like Kim has said, they have horrible customer service and absolutely refuse to work with you. It came to me accusing them of fraud and threatening to contact my credit card company before they would agree to refund my money. I would definitely NOT recommend subscribing with them. Which is unfortunate as I actually loved the subscription and the items I received. I had planned on purchasing another yearly subscription but due to their customer service I will never again purchase from them.

Agree with Kim and Lisa. I had a terrible experience as well! I would never buy anything from them again.

I have had terrible experiences with them. Their customer service refused to help.
I filed a chargeback and won and they still are sending me boxes. I send them right back.
The bracelets never fit anyone who isn’t tiny!

I got 3 boxes. One each in November, December, and January. I thought the jewelry was very pretty but extremely cheaply made. For example the November bracelet is plastic! The posts bent very easily on the earrings from December. I have not worn January’s necklace yet, so I cannot comment on that. I was just extremely disappointed in quality especially considering this is supposed to be French made jewelry.

Please be careful with the three month subscriptions. I had purchased one, then three months later I purchased a second three month subscription on the same exact account. I thought that equaled 2 back-to-back 3 month subscriptions. Instead it doubled up on me and I ended up with several months of duplicate boxes. I had surgery in November and I wasn’t able to pay attention to packages for quite awhile, so I missed the duplicate error until January. They said there was nothing at all they could do.They said they would cancel the one account (?) so I wouldn’t continue to receive duplicates. Once again, I received duplicates in February. Both 3 month subscriptions were in the same account. They said I would have had to cancel the first subscription because it automatically renews. How you can have 2 subscriptions overlapping in one account is questionable. Apparently they don’t have any flags in their system for duplicates. Since the duplicates continued more than a month after I called, I asked them to please cancel everything. I’ve been a subscriber and customer for years – it’s disappointing. Just beware the multiple subscriptions in one account. Has this happened to anyone else?

You should be getting the February box if you sign up today from my previous experience with them.

Thank you! That’s what I thought, but when I did this promo in December they sent out the Nov, Dec and Jan box. So I wasn’t sure if they were going to start with this month or last month.

Huh, that’s odd! Maybe it was a mistake?
I guess it’s best to ask CS then.

julia

Anyone know what month this starts with? Does it start with the current month or Jan?
