Has anyone gotten their feb planter box yet?

I just got the email confirmation last night that my Feb. box had been shipped. This is my first experience with GlobeIn and I have to say I’m not impressed. I hope the gardening box I ordered changes my mind!

I have ordered from Globein before and been mostly pleased. I just had to have the egg holder in the Jan. box and liked everything in it (which is rare for any sub box). I ordered the day it was posted on MSA (I did not find Globein’s website user friendly). Later on I received an email saying I would get a Surprise Box since I did not specify which box I wanted. Assumed it would be the Jan Bonjour Box—-but oh no. Somewhere on their website I was supposed to specify which box. Anyway after many emails I received the Bonjour Box with the one item I wanted most, the egg holder which was badly chipped. When I received my email to sign up for the February box I signed up for the one with the Llama planter and they advised it was already sold out. Here I am a subscribed member responding on the day I get the email to designate the box I want and it is already sold out??? Seems they gave it to new subscribers and those of us already members did not matter. It took a while but they refunded my money and I cancelled my subscription. I do enjoy some of their boxes but if I don’t get a replacement for the egg holder they will never get my business again. BE WARY!!!!!

Both hubby and I fought with their site constantly, and it seemed like a struggle to get anything. The aggravation and resulting anger made us cancel. Until they change things, we won’t go back.

I had problems with the egg cup, as well. I was told it was sold out, and the company didn’t know if and when it would be restocked. So, I was given store credit (purchased as an add on), which is a problem since there was nothing else I wanted. I agree, their customer service is lacking.

Do you know if we sign up today, would we start with the February box? I’m in love with that llama planter but fear that box sold out?

That’s the only item I wanted, too. Sigh. Definitely not enough to commit to three boxes. I’ll just be llama-less.

Id like to know this as well – agree the lama planter is adorable but this box is a bit hit or miss for me….

I hate hate hate when boxes have shipping charges. It automatically makes me not purchase the box. Raise the price, do what you need to do.

Agree 100%. I can’t commit to boxes like Bombay and Cedar because they charge for shipping. I rather the sub just be $60. At least when it’s $60 and they have a subscription sale, the whole sub is discounted and just the box with a tacked on $10 for shipping.

Discount basically covers shipping.

I would love to try this box…..but I don’t want to commit to 3 boxes when 2 will be at full price. If rather have 30% off…and no commitment.
