Reading these comments are making me worried about my box this time around! I don’t know what I’m getting yet but I do know that lately, I’ve been wishing I would see more high end brand items.. like Anastasia or even like some of the beauty influencers products.. jaclyn hill, beauty by Bianca, hank and Henry, and so on..

So disappointed with the Luxe box! The base box was a better value. I hate that they sent these items in a much bigger box to make it appear like you are getting more items. Most of the unboxings I’ve seen could have fitted in a regular base box including my own box. I feel like their focusing more on trying to get subscribers to get the Premium box instead. After this box I cancelled my subscription. Nothing Luxe about this box.

This Boxylux is a disgrace! In the 4 years with BoxyCharm this is the one time where I’m done. Horrible. Sample size bum bum cream and a cheap liner for a $50 box. This whole box felt like leftover items that no one wanted. Goodbye BoxyCharm

This is my first luxe box and I received it and a regular box today. Both boxes had the curling iron in it that looks like the hero item for luxe box. I got the Appeal lip liner (any of the other options would have made me happy), cheap eyeshadow compact, 2 small creams, a red lip product, another highlighter and another one of those sponges. I frankly feel ripped off that I paid $50 for this box.

Agree with everyone. Cheapest box ever and overpriced. I mean… isn’t this supposed to be a super upgrade of this box? Sample sizes, seriously? I get better products on the basic box. Unsubscribing. So disappointed.

I just got mine, worst Luxe box I’ve gotten. The boxy charm eyeshadow, I trashed, zero pigmentation. Then I received 2 tiny jars of bum bum lotion….I mean.
I may cancel, it’s feeling very TJ Maxx to me. I’d rather buy what I know I’ll like.

Shipments generally go out in batches. I usually receive mine around the 14th/15th of the month though. I have gotten them as early as the 8th before.

The Choice option didn’t seem to work for anyone based on the thread I was looking at on Facebook, and Boxy obviously didn’t care based on their lack of useful replies. I’m getting all 3 boxes this month. If I’m not wowed, I’m moving on. I’m still pissed about my stained hands from the leaky bottle of self-tanner that I’ll never use from last month.

If you only have one acct then you are only getting the premium and luxe box, not all 3 and since the premium is all Fenty there was no choice and the luxe choice was on the 17th if I can remember correctly, so only one choice option and that was for the luxe. Boxy did not do a good job explaining this.

I got a notice yesterday that I’m getting the luxe box but haven’t gotten anything to customize it. I guess that means I’m getting a random box of crap no one picked. I had picked my boxycharm box and was happy with my choice. I will be sick if I paid this much and get QMC Medicosmetics Lip Line Corrector and Appeal Cosmetics Gel Liner.

Not true. She should’ve been able to choose even with it being her first luxe box,if of course she subbed before the choice window closed.. I’m subbed to all boxes and have been for some time now but i’ve recently had issues with choice many many times and it’s usually bc the system is screwed up so I’m rarely ever given a choice anymore and it is frustrating. Someone new coming in and subscribing would naturally think they can’t choose just bc they’re not given a choice and it’s due to system errors usually. They need to fix this! As long as it’s the right date and time for the choice window and as long as the system isn’t messing up,everyone subscribed,new and presently subscribed,first or sixth box,can choose their product.

Im also subbed to base,premium and luxe BUT on luxe months,you won’t recieve a base box as well. You’ll only recieve the luxe and in our case,the premium too. Which is a bummer bc i would have loved the cherry cleaning balm! They shouldve put that in the luxe! Such a shame they failed to do that bc afterall,its a LUXE box. Well,supposed to be. The only thing luxe about it this month is maybe the nars lippie and pmd cleaner in my opinion. But dont worry, it does get confusing. They don’t exactly make things clear sometimes with certain things. Not your fault.

Anyone else notice that their Luxe boxes have progressively gone down hill? It seems to me there are lots of repeat products, along with items I basically have no use for. I get it, not everyone is going to be happy with every box but, seriously Boxy? C’mon guys – you get us hooked and then the quality of the products seem to decline. I just can’t seem to rationalize 50 bucks for one or two items I’ll actually use – of course that’s on top of the other $25 and $35 for original and premium.

I just received my boxy luxe and I’m kind of disappointed. It seems the number of items you receive keep going dow. I got the sol Janeiro duo cream but they are so small and to me do not equal a full size product. My boxy last month also had a trial size of the QMS eye cream

Definitely is going down really bad, Luxe look like the premium one, the premium look like base and base look like premium I will do one premium more and one Luxe if still not worth it I’m down to basic again, specially with the last cream the 24kt BS that we ended up getting a Aliexpress Cream from China

I’m a bit confused & was hoping someone could help answer a question. I am signed up on all levels of Boxycharm. I thought on the months that were “Luxe” months, we would not get our base box & get the Luxe box for that month. March is a Luxe month, but the only charges I see so far that just went thru my bank this morning is for the base box & Premium. Just confused why I wasn’t charged for Luxe but yet I am charged for the base box. Any ideas? Thanks for anyone who may know any thoughts.

I’m giving boxycharm one more chance after this month’s luxe box.. I’m not overly excited about luxe but, it’s a better value than the base boxes have been. Ever since premium launched, my base boxes have been terrible.. & NOT customized to my preferences at allll.. anyone else notice this?

I cancelled both Luxe and base, based on the spoilers. I was excited about the PMD but I talked myself down because I already have and use a Clarisonic and a Foreo FOFO. If you don’t already have a sonic cleansing device, I do think the PMD makes the box.

I downloaded the Puffin browser on my phone because I had the same problem and it has always worked for me on that and have chosen every month since. I know the frustration you are going through and I’m sorry. If you stay, hope that helps.

I just canceled both boxes. The Iconic London ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t trust Boxycharm anymore. I also realized I’m spending $400 a year and half of the items I’m giving away. I’m already subscribed to Scentbird for two products a month. I think I may upgrade to three a month for $35 and receive what I want. I’ll also save $280 a year.

I love Scentbird! Are you getting skincare and makeup? I always seem to choose items that have a $5 or $10 upcharge but even so it’s a great deal for premium products.

I cancelled base box this month, and stuck with premium. Looks like I won’t be re subbing for base nice and luxe like I had hoped. I will stick with just premium. Hopefully April is better for base box.
