So I need to wait until after 3/15 to sign up in order to get this box?

I signed up because I thought aromatherapy would be cool. I loved all the previous boxes with the cool planters and aromatherapy vessels (not sure what to call them, lol). However, the last three boxes I received had none of that. I was so disappointed. I wasn’t fond of last month’s scents or the Tumeric. I’m just curious how they get the value on their bottles? You can get similar bottles on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. I did like the December and January’s box but February’s box was a miss for me. I canceled the sub and I just got a $167 charge on my card. I hope they will refund!

February was my first and last box. I don’t think the value was there. The $7 bottle of body lotion looked used and the turmeric bottle had leaked. I’m fairly sure I saw the cupping set a while back at TJMaxx for $5.99. The safety hammer and the blood orange essential oils are the only things I liked in the box. After seeing past boxes this one was a disappointment.

I totally agree. I get Fabfitfun and I joked that we got the latest technology in the spring box with the led Glo light while in this box we get a cupping set (which I purchased awhile back for a few dollars) that was literally used 100’s if not 1000’s of years ago. I did get great follow up regarding the charge on my credit card. They got back to me within 5 minutes saying they had refunded my card. That was fantastic customer service!

That chipboard cover on the journal looks like it could be decorated mixed media style–acrylic paint, stamping, textures, etc. Pretty cool idea!

This spoiler is awesome! I might just buy one from the retailer because I usually don’t like more than one spoiler per box from this company.

The funny thing is, the rest of the box is usually better than the spoilers. I think that they are one of the few mystery boxes out there that still actually like to surprise their subscribers. In January, the book, air filters, and scrub brush were all amazing, and none of those items were spoiled. In the February box, which I received today, there was a cute clutch/makeup bag, a set of stationary, aromatherapy body cream, and lip gloss, plus other things that weren’t spoiled. The best item each month, though, in my opinion, is the little bag with two bottles of essential oils. They are so high quality. This month it was turmeric and blood orange-just lovely.

I agree. I love the non-spoiled items in this box. My turmeric oil leaked a tiny bit this month, though, and wow was that scent strong! And I love Indian food and such, but it was making me cough.

I like the linen one. Do we get to choose?

Yes, choice is up now on the site.

The word “linen” + the word “clutch” = sweat stains.

OK, bring on the incense, candle, and aromatherapy roll-on, and get it over with.

Aromatherapy IS one of the focuses of this box, so if you don’t like that, the box is likely not for you?

Janelle

What on earth are you journaling about that’s got you sweating??

Alice

I understand exactly what you mean, Julia…hands will transfer oils/sweat easily to the linen.

I think Julia meant because people tend to carry clutches under the armpit? If this were a more traditional purse clutch, that could maybe be an issue, but I wouldn’t carry a fabric-covered journal under my armpit … I think the term “clutch” is a little silly for this product, but no biggie!

Redhed36

Hahaha! I was concerned about how sweaty her pits must be. LOL

Kay

LOL – right?!

Redhed36

Have no use for it but really like it.
