This is actually making me a little hopeful – Beautyfix rarely has completely sucky boxes, and they’ve only had a handful that were all sample sizes that I know of. The spoilers so far – small mascara I don’t like and a tiny S.R. sample – have me hoping the rest will be good, with at least one awesome full sized product. ::crosses fingers::

Missy

The mascara is full size. So I’m thinking this is the ‘hero’ item.

I hate to burst your bubble but Beautyfix almost always puts the best spoiler first, and the Juice Beauty mascara is full size. Taken together these things wouldn’t give me much hope that something really big or exciting is still coming. I think Beautyfix considers the Juice Beauty mascara the “awesome full size product. ” Sorry to be a downer!

THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIFE! 😛 Ugh, Full-sized Juice beauty? Hard pass, unless the rest of the box is all SK-II and Skinceuticals.

tammy g.

i have dry skin..and my face does not like this sunday riley ice…I get these samples free all the time at Sephora..next beautyfix..

I skipped last month and unless I see something really great, I’m gonna skip this month too. So far I’m disappointed, which is a bummer because this used to be my favorite box every month.

When can we order to get the march box?

Reply ButtonReply

Nat

First week of March.

Ash

My skin HATES that SR cream. It’s funny it’s called Ice because my face feels like it’s on fire after I use it. I wonder why my skin hates it so much

Reply ButtonReply

Meso

The ice is so tiny

Reply ButtonReply

Raych

Well Sunday Riley will be re-gifted as it has ceramides. I wish products would cut out coconut as an ingredient.

Reply ButtonReply

Denise

I love the ICE. This is the only face moisturizer I’ve found that doesn’t leave me oily or shiny. It soaks in and leaves my skin super soft. Love it!

Reply ButtonReply

T.Marie

I use the SR water cream and it is my go to and must have!

Reply ButtonReply

Jenn

I love the ICE.. i like to put it on before make up as a “primer” when i have it (if i am doing more than my daily 5 min face i usually use another “real” primer along with it for my nose area as my pores are craters). Unfortunately for me, a little does not go a long way on my skin and i have to use a decent amount to cover my face.

Reply ButtonReply

T.Marie

Have you checked on Mercari? I get my SR on there.

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya M

Grab some Peach and Lily Glass serum the next time Ulta has it on sale. It does wondrous things for craters on the nose. Only $40 which o don’t think is outrageous price wise but it’s a baddie B for pore refinement. 8 Oz is a decent trial size

Tammy

If you are referring to the spoiler, It’s 8g which is 0.3 oz. I have the sample and it’s very tiny! Think of approx. 1/2 a thumb in size. I think I got about 5 uses from it.

That said, I do like the unique smell and how it soaks into my skin.

sara

It has a rather thick, emollient formula but is whipped so it’s not hard to spread. In general, dry and/or sensitive skin (such as mine) works with it nicely. It might be too thick and rich for oily and acne-prone skin. It has ceramides, which are used to repair the skin barrier. So it might be good for someone who has irritated skin from a too-harsh skin treatment and needs a little tlc. It’s a soothing cream. To me, it smelled faintly of cocoa butter/oatmeal. Hope that helped!

Ash

Yeah and my sensitive skin FREAKED OUT when I used it. So i wouldn’t necessarily say it’s good for sensitive or irritated skin. Be cautious if you have reactionary skin guys

This was a reply to Linda! : )

Regina

I personally loved the SR ice but it is pretty small, not paying for a box just for that, I will just buy it on its own

Reply ButtonReply

Nat

No and No. Like a lot of others I’ve tried this from Allure box and it was a huge disapointment

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Yeah… still feeling good with skipping

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

That is the one SR I would never use again. It’s super thick with a medicinal smell. I didn’t even find it pleasing on the back of my hands.

Reply ButtonReply

Dea

I forgot about that medicinal smell! You’re absolutely right. Kind of like the Dr. Jart ceramide cream that’s in Birchbox once a year.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Very similar scent! Not a fan. I gave ICE a real chance, trying it over and over. Couldn’t get past the smell, texture, or performance. It didn’t absorb at all. Felt greasy. A comment above mentioned a scent of oatmeal and/or coconut. Well, I certainly didn’t have that scent experience, lol! Mine smelled like a medical clinic.

Alice

I did. It’s awful. It’s the one SR product I would never use again. It’s extremely thick, has a medicinal smell, and didn’t even work on my the back of my hands for lasting hydration.

Reply ButtonReply

Kirsten

Nope. Not this month. I’ll wait for ya, BeautyFix, you’ll wow me one of these months.

Reply ButtonReply

Tiffany

I had a sample from Allure awhile back and have been waiting for another one! I loved it. Someone somewhere posted that it has comedogenic ingredients, but it wasn’t a problem for me.

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

0.28 oz 🙄

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Looking good so far, a definite improvement over the last few months.

Reply ButtonReply

Heather

This is better than that mascara….but 8g? Come on.

Reply ButtonReply

amber

It’s about half the full size, so worth around 30 bucks. Seems fair

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

Full size is 50g.

I’ve wanted to try this, so I’m excited but ya it’s small!

Ashley

How do you figure? The full size is 1.7 oz — this is 0.28 oz. Not even close to half of the full size.

Linda

Have not tried this Sunday Riley product. Has anyone else?

Reply ButtonReply

Anna

I’ve just repurchased my third jar at full price, it’s a rich moisturizer but it’s great for dry skin. As always everyone has different skin & preferences. I’d definitely recommend trying a sample if you’re unsure.

Reply ButtonReply

Kat

I agree! Everyone does have different Preferences…different skin…even different ways we smell things. Some say this smells medicinal and I didn’t get that smell at all. To me I love this product and to me it smells like almonds lol. I love the way this smells and I’m not a fan of the way most Sunday Riley products smell.

J Sauce

It is quite thick/heavy, so that small amount does not go far. It works well, but not well enough for me to get past the smell.

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

I did and loved it actually

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

I did. It’s awful. It’s the one SR product I would never use again. It’s extremely thick, has a medicinal smell, and didn’t even work on my the back of my hands for lasting hydration.

Reply ButtonReply

Dea

It’s OK. Better than some of her products, but I’ll pass.

Reply ButtonReply

Nika

I did. Strong smell and not super impressive formula
