I’ve never posted here before, but I wanted to warn users. My box arrived today. I received two full-sized products (TriXera lotion and a lip butter), one deluxe sample (cleanance gel) and one tiny foil packet of cicalfate cream. The TriXera came with the pump shattered in the box and sharp plastic bits everywhere. I would NOT order again.

I got mine today. Other than the four pieces you got, there is a gift box with 1 mesh loofah, 1 gentle scrub, 1 moisturizing melt-in balm. The box says the set has SRP of $44 and is a $54 value. So I guess it does include the correct number and value of products. But all of them are body/lip products. A little disappointed.

Update: I called them and they are re-shipping! They didn’t ask for this package back or anything. They said it was a mistake and that they would get me the lunar mystery bag. I highly recommend calling over email! I wasn’t on hold more than 5 minutes.

I got the SAME thing! Exactly! I am on the phone with them now and they’re saying it’s an issue with their warehouse. I sure hope so, because this could easily have been marketed differently.

What?? We are supposed to get 4 full sized products. I’ll get mine in a couple of days too. Did you contact them? This is my first purchase with them so being deceived on the first order is not a good sign. Let’s see what I get then.

Actually very interested in this box, as Avene has pretty good skincare for sensitive skin, which I like use after retinol use, to help heal my skin quickly. I wish I could see spoilers first though.. I don’t like their cleansers, but I love their facial moisturizers and serums.
