Same crap from last month and added more crap..we’ll guess I’ll just keep saving up points until something good comes up..some of my points won’t expires til 10/2020..that’s a lot of saving up from now lol

Samething happened to me. I skipped the glam bag but kept the other 2 bags. I emailed them n they are now shipping my redeemed products out separately.

I’m not sure, but I heard a theory that it matters what tab (Glam Bag, Plus, Ultimate) you’re in when you redeem points. I don’t know if that’s valid or not, but maybe? Like maybe you redeemed with Ultimate’s profile page active on the Ipsy page/browser?

I was wondering about that. I’ll try to remember for next time. Worth a try…lol

I’ve heard that theory, too, but back in June I had for sure redeemed in my regular glam bag tab, but the item came in my Plus. (I was trying to do point redemption + add-ons on the same bag, so that shipping wouldn’t be delayed for the other…. joke was on me, since I never actually got the full June plus bag as they were “out of stock” on items they’re STILL sending out in mystery bags.)

Off topic… What’s up with some people getting a free gift in February?? How is it fair to only give certain people a free gift?

So does anyone happen to know…I tried to redeem for the 111skin vit C last month but then skipped Ultimate only (I still got Plus and regular) and it looks like they canceled my redemption and refunded my points. I knew back before Plus they would do that since they ship the items with your monthly bag. But now they’ll cancel even if you skip 1 out of 3 of your open subs?? They could still send it with my Plus or my Regular bags??? I didn’t send an email because it wasn’t worth the argument to me but I’d like to know the rules for future reference if anyone has gone through this before. Thanks.

If they cancel it and refund your points after you skip, all you need to do is go back and redeem your points again. Unless the item you redeemed for isn’t available any more, in which case I would email them. It happened to me before and they sent the item with my other bag. It’s probably just some kind of coding glitch that they haven’t worked out yet. I don’t know how to do any of that, so I’m always still wowed at what you can do over the internet hahaha

The exact same thing happened to me this month too! …like the EXACT. SAME. THING. I thought they would send it in one of my other bags–since I was still getting the GB & GBP. This makes no sense to me & seems a little shady. I haven’t contacted CS yet but I think I’ll try.

Even if I didn’t skip the other 2? That seems silly… I understood it before so they wouldn’t have to send the item special without the monthly box. But I still got 2 out of my 3 subs on that account…
