  1. For anyone thinking of signing up, please don’t. just know they have no customer service and you might not get your orders at all. I signed up for a three month sub during a holiday sale. I got an email at the end of November saying my first order (the November box) was shipped. The tracking info still says it’s awaiting shipment in France almost two months later, but my customer account says it’s fulfilled. I received the second box (December) they sent after that one, but never the first. I emailed customer service a couple times, they have not responded at all. They’re literally ignoring me emails. I haven’t heard anything about January’s box yet, and my account is set to be charged at the beginning of Feb for another three-month sub, even though I’ve only gotten one out of three boxes. I don’t want to cancel until I get this resolved or at least get one more box, but I also need to cancel before they charge me again. And like I said, they are not just unhelpful, they won’t respond to me AT ALL. I don’t recommend this subscription, I’ve never dealt with such a shady sub.

    • Definitely cancel before they charge you again for another 3 month subscription. They will ABSOLUTELY refuse to refund you and will force you to keep the 3 month subscription if you don’t cancel in time.

      • Yes, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. And make sure you receive an email with confirmation of the cancellation. Save it. You might need it when you are forced to start a credit card dispute😦

      • I went ahead and just cancelled it. I’m not getting any resolution, they won’t even talk to me. I didn’t get a confirmation email about cancelling though. I don’t know how to get that when customer service won’t even speak to me either. My account says it’s cancelled. I don’t know what to do, they are really screwing me over.

    • I had a similar experience with not getting a box. I only got broken promises and never got anything from them! I even had to fight for a refund. Terrible customer service! I would NEVER buy another thing from them.

      • I am pretty mad I’m only getting one box out of three. I paid for a the month sub with a 50% off coupon just like this one, and it turned it to be more expensive than one month sub actually costs cause they won’t give me what I paid for. And they won’t even bother to reply to me! Not even with a pathetic excuse to brush me off and say there’s nothing they can do. Literally just won’t respond at all. I truly hope posting this will stop others from subscribing, they are terrible

      • Poor customer service is inexcusable! Thanks for sharing your experience, Amanda and Chloe. I was tempted to sign up for the three month sub but not anymore!
