Looks like a dupe of the ivory ones they gave earlier this year? I really like this box, but the repetition makes it frustrating.

I can’t be sure since I’ve never held them, but (I make similar jewelry and) those look like “seed beads” which are very light and will move with you.
Deepa uses a lot of seed beads in their designs so I’m willing to bet that’s what they are.
