The candle arrives in a reusable drawstring bag. This one is decked out in evergreen boughs, pine cones, and tree stumps!

Banter & Bliss 'Holiday Hearth' Candle, 7 oz - Retail Value $18.00
I loved this little candle! It smells exactly how a holiday candle should. There are some bright orange spice notes blended with sharp pine sap and evergreen needles. I also noticed something very earthy, and this is probably the vetiver note. This is my type of holiday candle because it includes all of the scents I typically associate with winter, without the sticky sweet notes I don't love.
This is a coconut wax blend candle with a cotton wick. It has an even burn and was hand-poured in California. This candle has a nice scent projection and easily filled my living room.

This is a perfect little accent to my holiday candle. I enjoyed mine with almond milk while I lit my new candle. The double chocolate was pure indulgence!
Verdict: This month's Vellabox was absolutely perfect for this holiday season! While I loved the scent, I do have to mention that this month wasn't the best value. The total cost including shipping was $23 and our candle had a value of $18, leaving the cute packaging and cocoa to make up the rest. I still love this sub as a discovery experience though because I never would have found some of these awesome smaller candle brands without it.

Once you sign up for a monthly membership, all boxes will ship on the 5th of each month. For new subscribers we will be flexible to ensure as many customers as possible can receive the current months box. Therefore, if you sign up after the 5th, but before the 20th we will ship you that month’s box.
