  1. I joined Sept 12 and was charged. I received the Fall box in October. I was charged again Nov 25 and just received the same Fall box!!!!! So mad!

    • Update: check your spam box if you sent an email to support. I had a message from two days ago in my spam box. They are correcting my problem. Yay!

  2. Well, as an update to this nonsense (MSA should perhaps warn others about Be Kind’s CS non-service), They have shipped a box. I “hope” it’s the Winter one…but who knows. Maybe for Christmas a Be Kind rep will contact me?

  3. Same here…emailed them and no reply yet! Followed the steps and charged the whole year!!!

    • It even says that “CS will get back to you within 24 hours”. HA! Terrible customer service, just terrible. I still haven’t heard anything – it’s been since Friday. I’m planning on filing a dispute with my cc company and wiping my hands with Be Kind.

      • Kristin, I feel your pain, I am pretty much in the same boat!

  4. I also had problems with the code yesterday. CS has yet to email back.

  5. I tried to use the Upgrade deal that was emailed to me, even followed the SEVEN STEPS to the letter, but was charged for a whole year. I’ve reached out to CS and have not heard back. Incredibly frustrating.

  6. WORST customer service there could ever be, so make sure you are aware of that before enrolling. People got open and used items and their CS has refused to respond.

    • I agree. NOT so kind at BeKind by Ellen. Rude and takes forever to get a response after numerous emails
