  1. I got my first Glam Plus after being a loyal customer of theirs for years. I deeply regret it so in fact I totally unsubbed from them. The ITTSE palette came so deeply scratch it was literally gauged and pitted across the mirror. Totally looked like someone ran a brillo pan across it and that Evolue serum was friggin EMPTY! There’s ZERO excuse for this garbage. Idk wth is going on with this company anymore but now the gifts I had intended my BF for Christmas are in the TRASH! I sent them 2 emails with several attached photos of this stuff, contacted their FB + even TWEETED them but damn if they care! I guess they got their money so you know, no big whoop.

    • This is the same experience that I’ve had with them. Their reps don’t seem to care and they have no interest in correcting the issues. When I’ve had issues with broken/missing products, they made zero attempts to send out the same item, if they even sent anything!

      Unfortunately, this seems to be VERY common with sub boxes. I’ve been with Boxycharm for nearly 5 years. For some odd reason, they refuse to hire actual customer service reps. They can certainly afford it. IF and it’s a huge if, their reps respond, they send you a generic scripted answer that has nothing to do with your issue. I had no issues with Boxy until everything started to go downhill (when they announced Luxe). I’ve had many issues since then.

      In November alone, I had two issues with the base box. They notified me that my choice item was “missing”. It still hasn’t arrived to me (it has been shipped). I emailed them 4-5 times and was basically told that I’d get it when it shows up. I had an issue in October, so I was able to select a 2nd item for November. I chose the DOC lipstick. The email they sent me stated twice that the color would match my beauty profile. They sent me bright red. I emailed them asking why I didn’t receive pink. I attached the email that I was sent and circled the sections that stated that the lip color would be customized. The rep that responded was extremely rude. She told me that they’re busy and it takes them 5 months to customize items. I was also told that Boxy likes to send us colors “outside of our comfort zone”, so that we’re forced to try different things. Ultimately, they did nothing, despite what their email stated.

      I’m over the bad customer service from companies and the subpar items that are being sent out, especially after great items are advertised.

      • I had surprisingly good service with Ipsy. When my box got stolen they sent me a new one. I complained about Avon and got a free item. My responses from Boxycharm made no sense though

      • I am right there with you Rach! If they don’t change business practices and start making customers the PRIORITY, along with making “things right” when they go very wrong, watch how fast they won’t have any customers left.

      • What is even the point of a beauty quiz if they try to make you go outside your comfort zone?! That’s ridiculous. To me it just sounds like an excuse because they never look at the quizzes, even when they keep saying they will. I definitely don’t want any of the complexion products they’re planning. Will they make us go outside of our comfort zones with those too? I don’t feel like black face would be appropriate….

      • I need to find a costomer service to cancel my membership i dont have Facebook or messenger but i need to cancel these things i am overdrawn at bank for $125.00 that I don need to happen my bank has asked me to stop unnecessary draft
        And i cant get to speak to customer service i get a dam ad for car insurance health care,ect how do i cancel this being with drawn and no more products this is frustrating
