I thought this box was just beautiful. The necklace is delicate and pretty, the robe is so fun to walk around the house in, the palette is lovely, the candle feels so expensive and the cream is rich for winter. One of my favorite BOS!

My box arrived yesterday and I’m beyond thrilled! The robe is fantastic (definitely feels like better quality than a typical sub box “exclusive” piece). For those of you wondering what size to order, I’m a size 10 and found the size L/XL to be perfect in terms of having enough fabric to wear as a traditional robe. I think if you’re a size 14+ you can still wear this, but it would be more like a duster/coverup rather than a full coverage robe. I’m also thrilled with the necklace! I had planned to swap it, but after seeing it in person I’m definitely keeping it! It’s very delicate and sparkly, and I love wearing it layered with other delicate necklaces. The candle is gorgeous and feels very luxe. The palette has good pigmentation—it will be perfect for holiday party looks. I feel neutral about the EL skincare as I already have a skincare routine. The Winter 2019 box has to be my favorite BOS ever (aside from Summer 2017)!

Guaranteed holiday delivery??? I was charged in November and I STILL haven’t received shipping notification nor the box yet! As a continuing subscriber, those boxes should have been sent out first…..so annoying.

When I qas a subscriber, I had to con tact them for EVERY box shipping. Beyond annoying. When I got a defective cross body, that had been unwrapped, that was the last straw. Sure, they replaced it. However, I’m not supporting them any longer.

I am so happy with my Winter BOS, and the shipping was super fast. It’s strange how all the items, even the palette I picked, coordinate with each other, colorwise.
The black and gold is very elegant when the box is opened.. and the items are things I think most people can gift or use. 🙂

THANK YOU for this comment! I was wondering if that robe was thin…and knowing that tells me I do not want this box because that’s my favorite item. I’ll hope to swap for one of the eye palettes and be perfectly happy not getting the box.

IMO, this robe is almost like every other brand of robe sold in stores. It’s no thinner than most polyester crepe robes.

If a person wanted a fleece robe, nope, this isn’t it. But, it’s not see through, it’s definitely wrap style so adjust it to fit you and wear it after a shower or before dressing for dinner.
I have owned probably 250 or more robes in my adult life, and I see absolutely no difference in ” thickness” in this one and other, similar polyester robes.

The shoulder seams are dropped in a kimono style and the sleeves are not long sleeves so it can be more of a OSF ( most), Also, I’m 5’7” and the length is between knee and mid- calf, depending on how I wrap and tie it.
