My First Style Plan by Frank And Oak Review
Style Plan by Frank And Oak has new members fill out a quick style profile that captures your sizing, style, and other preferences. (You can update your profile at any time if your taste changes.)
If you have any immediate clothing needs, you can let the styling team know up to three items (like hats, dresses, outerwear, etc) you’re looking for and they’ll do their best to suggest items relevant to what you requested. In your account, they clearly state when your Style Plan box will be ready and you have a few days to make any changes.
You’ll get an email from Style Plan by Frank And Oak as soon as your personalized monthly picks are ready. Three items will be auto-selected based on your preferences, but you can choose other items from your monthly options, edit the sizes they’ve picked for you, or deselect items so that your order fits your budget and needs. The best part is that they’ll waive the $25 styling fee on your first order if you weren’t satisfied.
FYI: Style Plan by Frank And Oak had some shipping delays this month due to high volumes and enhancements to their system, so my shipment came much later than expected. They did send subscribers an email update along with a $15 discount on their next Style Plan order.
Let’s get to my items!
Good Cotton Gym Crewneck in Navy, size medium – Retail Value $69.50, Member Price $62.50
This is straight-up the softest sweatshirt I own. I’ll be honest- I have this exact sweatshirt in dark green that I purchased in a store in Toronto so I already knew my size but wanted it in a second color. I wore the green one recently and my crush complimented it saying that it looked so comfortable but wasn’t too oversized and had the perfect fit. I have to agree! This incredibly cozy sweatshirt is made with 80% organic “good cotton” (responsible cotton grown and harvested with sustainable methods) and 20% polyester. The sleeves are slightly long on me, but as you can see in the pic, I think it looks cute rolled up a bit too. I just adore the raglan cut and the inside is ridiculously soft.
The Boy Tee in Light Grey, size medium – Retail Value $29.50, Member Price: $27.50
This tee is just fantastic. Heather grey is my go-to color but this one is more like a cream/dove grey with dark grey speckles. It’s made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester which gives is a soft feel and a good fit without being too heavy. I love the way this fits, especially the slightly longer short sleeve. I am very much a basic jeans and tee sort of gal so this is a perfect staple to my wardrobe and the quality is much better than some others I have.
I saw size 14 and thought what was she thinking, then I read your comment.
Live and learn! 😉
The prices seem extremely high for such basic items you can get anywhere.
Agree! 70 bucks for a sweatshirt. Hanes makes a supersoft and thick sweatshirt for 30.
I love everything you received, but the prices seem astronomical! Where are the items made?
