  3. I’m confused. It looks like some of you got the coupon to work but others didn’t? It’s not working for me.

    • Fine print says coupons don’t apply to boxes.

    • There’s more backstory in my comments further down the page here, but CS rep Dee finally applied my 15% discount today after much back and forth. (The website showed no restriction for coupons on subscription boxes at the time I placed my order.)

  5. looking forward to trying this one out. I recently unsubscribed from Pusheen Box ’cause I have a whole bunch of Pusheen merch and then they had baking so I had to get the winter box. I wish Loot Crate had a better reputation and more reliability. I really did like the items I received in the Harry Potter box.

    Well, I hope that Wizard’s Vault is a better box.

  9. Has anyone gotten a “Sorry, no available shipping lines” error? I tried 3 different shipping addresses and all said the same error message.

    • I’m getting the same error. I don’t get it. They don’t ship to Georgia?

      • I got that error (also in Georgia) but it went away when I changed the “Trl” part of my street address to the long form of “Trail”. However, at that point it dropped off the 15% discount code when the screen refreshed and the final order was processed – so I completed the order but it dumped my discount. I’ve written to ask why. Before my final submission, the $5.99 was still showing up as a discount. After the submission, it added in $7.00 for shipping and no discount.

          • There is an e-mail form below the “What’s Inside?” section (and above the “How Does It Work?” section) that allows you to enter your e-mail address – it has a button that says “Sign Up”. When I signed up it e-mailed me a code that allowed for 15% off your first purchase (which did not state at the time that the code excluded subscriptions). They have since changed the code, as best I can tell, to only work for product purchases in their online store. I was eventually able to get customer service – after a lot of back and forth – to apply my code to my subscription purchase, however.

  10. I got the annual too. I signed up for the email list and got 15% off coupon.

    • I’m bummed, the email signup didn’t pop up for me until AFTER I signed up. Just my luck lol

    • did the code work because mine doesn’t and if i refresh the screen it wipes out my cc info. Not signing up until they fix this.

      • After I wrote the company to complain that my 15% discount appeared in my order total before the coding over my address was resolved, but then disappeared on the final confirmation refresh (when I had to change “Trl” to “Trail” in order for the order to finish processing) Carlo with the company replied back and asked me where I’d heard about the coupon. He also wanted proof of any coupon I had received. I replied with all of the information requested. At the time I signed up for the e-mail list there were no restrictions for coupon usage from the sign-up form. The only text that accompanied my 15% code said, “Hey! Thanks for subscribing! Here is 15% off your first purchase!” My first purchase was the box. Carlo then followed me over here and posted as “CultureFly” above, pointed out the issues that I had made them aware of, and publicly said thanks for making them aware of said issues. Then today Carlo privately told me I could use the coupon on “apparel” or “a single item” but “not the subscription box”. This was not a rule when I signed up for the mailing list or the box. And to be honest if I didn’t believe I’d be getting a 15% discount I probably wouldn’t have taken the risk on a sight-unseen, never before released, never before reviewed box – especially given the fact their coding was so poor that the words “Trail”, “West”, and “Avenue” had to be typed out long-hand for our customer addresses even to process and finalize the orders mentioned above. I’ve given Carlo my 2¢ tonight. We’ll see if he gives me my $5.99 after this. Reading the comments here, it seems they’ve already closed the loop for using the code on boxes in the future.
