Has anyone else had really bad experiences with the Black Friday sale? After fighting to get my box here by Christmas, it arrived today full of junk. I ordered the platinum and silver mystery bundles/boxes. The platinum was supposed to have $400 of products. It literally had 2 packets of the same shampoo and travel bags, no beauty products. The silver box proceed me 2 additional shampoos and no beauty packages. I’m wondering if anyone else received junk? Usually I love this company but am super disappointed.
It sounds like maybe your order was incomplete? From what I understand, the mystery boxes were just their regular mystery bags in different amounts. So bronze got 2 regular mystery bags, silver got 3, gold got 4 and platinum got 5. I’ve heard that some people got 2 or more of the same bag within their box. Personally, I got the bronze box and got 8 products total (2 bags of 4 items each) – 2 hair care, 2 beauty tools, 1 phone accessory, 1 essential oil, 1 deodorant and 1 bracelet. For me, it wasn’t so great, I only really liked 1 item. But I do believe the advertised value was there. I saw some unboxings on YouTube from the sale and some of them got really good stuff.
I got my “boxes yesterday” I ordered Bronze and Silver.
It is absolute crap and nowhere near the number of products mentioned.
I received multiple duplicates within the same “box”
I watched YouTube videos of others unboxing these same orders and theirs were amazing. They were small channels too so it was unlikely they got sent special boxes.
I agree the items sent out were nearly all junk I will not use. No bags. No jewelry. No fun items. I got one silver bundle and one platinum bundle. Silver was 3 mystery bundles and platinum was 5 mystery bundles but I got the EXACT 3 bundles in my silver package as my platinum package and I will only use one of the items (a crown vanity desktop mirror) but definitely dont need two of these or any of the other items. I was HIGHLY disappointed. They told me the bundles were all different before I purchased then send me the exact same items. Total fail and waste of money. I’m hoping they will allow me to return my silver bundle since it was all duplicate items when I was told the opposite. If I knew there was a chance of getting duplicates I would not have purchased more than one bundle.
This is so last minute but do you all think I will get these Black Friday deals before Christmas?? I only wanted to get extra stuff for my family but, don’t want to go threw with it if I don’t get it in time..
for The additional winter box, do they just pick the all the items for you? Anyone know?

If anyone purchased the “pumpkin spice fo life” mug from the add on sale beware that it is not microwavable. Despite the bottom of the cup saying that it is microwave safe I received an email from FabFitFun saying that it is not. Kind of disappointing since it’s such a big mug and if you put something hot in it, it may get cold by the time you finish drinking it. I sent them a screenshot of the bottom and they confirmed that it is NOT microwave safe regardless of it being printed on the bottom. Aside from that the cup looks amazing it’s orange on the inside and I really like the quality of it.
Am I the only one irked at the “ho flask” ? For all their girl-power marketing …

The other items featured with the flask in the pictures make it pretty clear that it is a nautical theme, hence the term.
Got all exited for a moment until I saw it was pretty much all their house-branded items…plus most all the good things are already sold out. There were some pretty, unique looking stemless wine glasses that I thought I could use to replace my plain ol’ boring ones…til I saw that they’re “hand wash only” –that’a a dealbreaker for me! First time ever I won’t be buying anything from an Edit sale!
Same. I contacted them through Facebook and I’m waiting to hear on that… Happy to hear they are saying they will honor it.

At first I was annoyed I didn’t get an email from FFF about this when I have two accounts. Then looked at the goods and don’t want any of their house brand stuff.

When I first went on the sale, the additional Winter box was $39.99 and now it’s showing $49.99. I wish I’d gotten a screenshot. Annoying bait and switch. Now, there is nothing in my cart and I won’t shop the sale.
