I have to say I’m very disappointed I was told it would be delivered the first week of December and that didn’t happen they pushed it back to December 10 so I waited all day December 10 and did not receive it AGAIN, they pushed it back again to December 14 so I waited all day December 14 still did not get it, they pushed it back yet again and I didn’t receive it until two days later, so the 16th. Once again I am very disappointed in that aspect!!

    I received my Mini box today and I like it a lot. It’s worth the $5 plus a lot more lol

    Here is what I got:

    Yumi Kim Hanging Train Case $58: I love the pink and white. It will come in handy when my hubby and I go on cruises. I wouldn’t have purchased it myself because I’m cheap but I will use it.

    Grown Alchemist Hydra Repair Day Cream Camellia, Geranium Blossom $49: I’m 38 so I will take all the moisture for my face. 🙂 I just got the box so I haven’t tried it but I have high hopes.

    Spongelle Body Wash Infused Buffer in Black Orchid $16: I can smell this through the box and I like what I smell. I love it and haven’t even used it haha

    Moroccan Gold Series Leave in Mask $39: I will never complain about hair products. I have long hair and the ends get dry so hopefully this will help.

    Total Value $162 so I can’t complain about spending $5 when I will use it all

      I ordered 2! The train case would make a really nice Christmas present for my Mother In Law! She and my Father In Law recently purchased a camper and will be traveling more!

  3. Soooo…. Am I the only that hasn’t heard anything about the $5 Black Friday box yet? I even sent them a DM on Instagram and no response and that was 2 days ago.

    • I have not received a shipping notice yet. It will likely ship next week. I am looking forward to it. Pretty sure that I will love it for the price. I hope you do too!

      • You shouldn’t feel crazy. Crazy is obsessively checking your FedEx account to see what boxes have shipped…not that I have a FedEx tab open on my phone or anything.

    • I contacted Customer support and got a tracking number for mine. It shipped out yesterday but they did not notify me. He said it was probably a “glitch”.
      It weighs 3.6lbs and delivers on 12/18.

      • In your account history does it show shipped or still In Fulfillment? thx.

      • Actually I just looked into this a little deeper and realized he gave me someone else’s tracking number. This had no relation to me so I’m going to have to contact them again. Wow!

      • YAY. I chatted with CS and they got my tracking numbers and one is arriving 12/16 to NYC and the one I had sent to my sister in Oakland, CA is arriving 12/13. I ordered on 11/29 and 11/30 and both shipped 12/7 from LA ish via FedEx SmartPost.

      • Argh. I forgot to mention, my dashboard still shows Awaiting Shipment. They said it was an error that shipments are not being updated in the dashboard and they are working on fixing it.

      • I contacted them again and ironically got the same guy “Simon”. Mine shows it’s shipping to Arkansas, but I live in Missouri. He assured me that it’s definitely the right tracking for my account and to allow it to update. Very odd and I don’t have a good feeling but he said he’ll email me when it all makes sense. He even sent me a screenshot of what their system shows for my account. They’re calling it the box “BOGO starter box” even though it was the mini5 deal.

      • Argh. I’m sorry. My reps name was Eden. But that makes sense that they are calling it the bogo starter bc it as also offered to members as a gift one get one option.

      • I still have not gotten mines. And I talked with a rep that gave me a generic response of the whole two weeks after successful payment, but it has now been two weeks and nothing. It keeps saying awaiting shipment. So 🤷🏽‍♀️ ughh… It’s a gift so I will be bummed if I don’t get it before Christmas.

      • Try chatting again with a different rep. The person who helped me was very helpful and checked on two accounts for me.

  5. Some people say they were able to customize mini box and some say they weren’t which is confusing. I did chat with them and they said you cant customize the mini one so I’m not sure what the deal is. Maybe it’s a customization for following full size box.

    • I think the people who were able to customize got in very early and then they disabled that.

    • I’m hearing that the people who were able to customize are not going to get a customized box. They’ll get the same one everyone else gets which is reportedly:

      • Does anyone know if the mini box of this deal is going to be the same as the winter starter boxes??

      • It’s not supposed to. Check your order details. If you are getting box -18, you are getting the mini box with the items I posted. If you are getting 17 or 19, those are starter boxes.

      • The site is messed up. Mine still says Awaiting Shipment, but it has shipped. I contacted CS through the chat to get tracking numbers.

      • Oh. Since I posted the above comment about not knowing if the starter boxes are the same, I figured out that they are not. 🙁 The current starter box -19 has the Yumi bag, a really lame necklace by 2bandits, Whish sleeping mask and Lavido lotion.

      • My box came today and that is exactly what I got. I love it. The sponge thing smells amazing and I haven’t even taken it out of box. The train case feels nice and will be perfect for when I go on cruises. I will use everything gladly

      • Yeah. I’m regretting not getting more than 2. It’s a great box and the current starter box has the same bag, but items are not as nice. (It has a lame necklace.)

        This is a very universal box that everyone can enjoy unless they don’t have hair, skin or take showers 🙂

        I’m sorry if I ruined the surprise. I didn’t think spoiler alerts were necessary. I think everyone wanted to know what they were getting!

  7. I ordered this and canceled successfully so as not to get the Winter box. My account says “seasonal, will not renew” and I have “no upcoming boxes” however the main page clearly states I’ll be billed for Winter box on Dec 18 (21 days after I ordered). I thought I wasn’t obligated to get winter?

    • Hm mine says that too. I’m hoping it’s an error or confusing language, I clearly cancelled. Think I’ll send them an email.

      • MIne said that too. I just did a chat with them and they confirmed I would not be charged for next box. I hope they are correct!

    • Hi Fernanda, you can cancel anytime within the 21 days so as not to receive the Winter box.

  10. i’m confused. i just put my credit card in and it didn’t ask me my address and it won’t let me put it in but it charged my account

    • You put in your address after you put in the Cc. It’s in the next screen. Then you do the survey. Then choose add ons.

  11. This is kind of confusing because in the confirmation email they send you it says Editor’s box wich I know has more than 3 items… but we are gonna get a mini box with probably 3 random items.

  12. Awesome! Didn’t get choices, but filled out the quiz and got to pick add-ons. I got the bamboo eye mask and Namaste cleanser (going to use it as a body wash lol).

  13. Hi guys I would like to try FabFitFun. I saw the special for the mini box. Can I receive only the mini box for 5 dollars without having to pay 49.99$ and getting a full size box also. Can I cancel to avoid an actual subscription. When will the mini box be sent out?

    • Hi Nicole, you may cancel within 21 days of ordering your mini box, or even immediately after buying, it will not cancel this order.

      • Thank you Claire. I ordered the mini box on November 29th but still did not receive a shipping notification. Does FabFitFun even send shipping notifications? When can I expect this box?

      • Hey Nicole! I checked the FAQ on their website, and they indicate your order will generally ship within 30 days of the season’s billing day (upon successful billing).   14. I just ordered, I can’t customize BUT I was able to pick add ons and there is vanilla-tobacco spongelle and blue iris spongelle duo available! Need these because I did not get the vanilla-tobacco during regular add on

  15. Hey and Happy Thanksgiving! Does anyone know when the Starter Box is shipped? I just signed up for it when I saw this post, but I can’t find any info on when it ships out or if they make you wait until the 21 day trail is up to receive it.

  16. If it’s 3 items, isn’t that less than the normal starter box offer which is also only $5 and contains 4 items? Really confusing bc of the way it says “Fall box” and shows a price of 49.99 discounted to $5 since 49.99 is the normal price of a full box, not a mini box. Unless I’m misunderstanding something, I think there’s going to be a lot of upset people thinking they’re getting a full box for $5.

    I’m new to FFB and signed up for the $5 mini box. When I got my order confirmation however it just said “21 Day Editor’s Box.” Was that the box I was supposed to get? I’m not sure since I’ve never subscribed to FFB before. Thanks for any info you can provide! Happy Thanksgiving!!!

  18. My guess is the custimazation happens when you check off the personal profile quiz, which is the most detailed I have ever seen and took many seconds to load to the next tab. Then it prompt us to upgrade if we want to further customize. Add ons are $5,7,9 after. They had cocofloss for $5 but I am all stocked up. I selected all fitness hoping I will get the yoga mat.

    • Just a heads up that the survey when you sign up isn’t for actual box customization. It’s so they have ideas for future boxes or something like that.

  20. It says “MINI5 has been applied” but the box is red and it won’t let me complete the order. Maybe it’s expired? It would be helpful if they had a specific error message though.

    • That error message happened to me as well. Hit your back page button to return to the prior page and it will work. Don’t hit the recycle loop arrow button again. Mine happened because I entered the wrong card number and refreshed after fixing. You will see it turns gray not red. Use the backspace or back arrow on mobile. Each phone is different. Mine is on the far left.

    • Hi Nori. I just tried it and it worked for me. Can you try a different browser? Coupon code WOW5 is the exact same offer and should work as well. Hope that helps!

  23. The biggest reason I haven’t and probably won’t sub to FFF is these coupon codes literally only last minutes. Everytime I see a post with a good deal, it says the coupon has expired. Today it’s 30 minutes after the post was made. The other day it was literally 18 mins. It’s a huge bait and switch

  24. Liz, do we know what we are getting in mini box?

    • I’m not certain of what items will be in this specific mini box offering. My guess is that they may be 3 items from the Fall box since the checkout text says it’s a Mini Fall Box. That is a guess, though!

      • I ordered yesterday and I was able to customize three categories, those were the same ones than the fall box, but some were sold out (Amina Straightener and Lava Magik Mask)

        1. The blue scarf, or the yoga mat.
        2. The Nassif pads, the Kate Spade lunch tote, or the cheese board.
        3. The Cosmedix vitamin c crystals, or the Baublebar earrings.

      • Can you tell us what the steps were to customize? There seems to be no option. You just have to click “get the box” and it then it asks for shipping, survey, add-ons. Thanks!

      • Should be any day now. Mine was shipped 12/7 and is arriving today 12/17 to NYC. Another one was shipped the same day but arrived in Northern CA on 12/12.
