********* What Does This Mean- Boxy’s Charges on the 1st of the month ( today****
I’ve been trying to get back on BoxyLuxe for a few months. Had to drop down to just BC for a bit.
I got a notice that I was off the wait list for Luxe and was asked to choose my product, etc.
BUT- they just now put a charge through for $27.00 (and some cents).
Does this mean I’m not getting a BoxyLuxe box like they said, just the reg. BC again???
THANK YOU THANK YOU

That’s probably just the $24.99 charge + tax for Boxyluxe. If you’ve already paid for your regular Boxycharm on a 3/6/12 month term, then you only get charged for the upgrade.

So, yes, I’d think you are indeed getting BoxyLuxe. An easy way to check is go to your boxycharm account preferences, and see what it says under Luxe….Active or Waiting.

I’ve been a Luxe subscriber almost from the beginning. When I upgraded, there was no additional incentives. I think it’s not fair that new people can get high end items just for signing up for one box, when those of us who have been their loyal customers get a lower end, average box. Why not treat us to some ND and let the newbies have the story book.

Yea boxycharm is startn to suck I think I’d rather just get premium since it seems to be the box with all the good stuff tbh

I have been on the premium waiting list since it was announced and missed out on last months Natasha Denona face palette since they tried to bill me on the 30th instead of the 1st and the card declined (Payday is the 1st) Now they are putting the Natasha Denona cranberry palette in the premium box ! Why can’t they put it in the Luxe box? I have had the Luxe box since it started and we are getting that Storybook palette. (I’d rather have ND) We should be able to choose palettes.

Usually its products that have been in Boxy. I haven’t seen these before with Boxy. Why cant existing Luxe subscribers get access to this somehow? Even as a choice item. I will always pick a Natasha Denona item.

I agree. I was hoping the mini pallete would be in the December Boxyluxe. I’m happy that premium members get ND but I don’t feel like Luxe really gets many higher end products.

That’s what I thought too! I’ve received all low end stuff on my Boxy Luxe. I get palettes that didn’t sell in stores and never Natasha Denona. It’s a total bait & switch for new subscribers.
