Can I clarify , if I’m still on waitlist for premium , and was not offered to pick items like I did for luxe bc I’m also on that wait list , I most likely will not be getting off premium wait list for December correct ?

Hi dot. I actually didn’t get to pick for premium either like I did for luxe. But I did get off the waitlist for both. I was also told they are supposed to be letting alot of people off the waitlist this month. So I’ve got my fingers crossed for u. Hope this helps.

I want the Too Faced palette. The Dose of Colors layout is horrible – maybe it is OCD but I just can not deal with that layout. (Same reason I skipped on some The Balm palettes). What a shame because the DOC palette has pretty shades… Anyway, Thanks for the spoilers!

I have a question and hope someone can give me an answer? This month I received the boxy premium and my base box. I can’t upgrade to boxyluxe because I already get boxyluxe . So can I cancel my base box and still receive my boxyluxe or not along with my boxy premium?

You have to keep the base box in order to keep the luxe, since the luxe is an upgrade from the base box. If you cancel your regular box it will cancel your luxe at the same time.

Hi everyone. I had a question, I tried to ask boxy but I’m still kinda confused lol. So I figured I would ask you guys since I’m on here reading so much. Anyways so this will be my first luxe month. But I’m also hoping to get off the premium wait list as well. Which for that I know the first month I have to pay for the premium and the base box. So now do I pay for all 3? Or just the premium and luxe since it’s an upgrade from the base? Sorry this is so long! Thank you for any help in advance!

Just luxe and premium. You do not get the base box on months where you get luxe.

Boxyluxe costs $49.99 plus tax, and sometimes they take it in two separate payments, first the cost of the base box, then the rest of the price for the luxe box. I’m not sure if they’re still doing that with monthly subscribers, but be aware that is what it is if you see two charges around $25 for base and then luxe upcharge, and then $35 plus tax for Premium.

It’s kinda hard to understand why they don’t give us a choice of palettes. I guess they know which one we would all pick. This “choice” is pretty anti-climactic. I was expecting better choice options for a “premium” box. I hope I get the storybook palette.

Also try to wait for a response before you email them again. Sending multiple emails will push you back to the end of the line and will take longer for them to respond.

Carrie, If Boxy isn’t responding to you, try reaching out via Social Media (facebook, IG, Twitter etc). Social Media teams tend to be much faster at responding and getting you the help you need, probably because they don’t want the bad press.

I’m pretty excited, I think this is a pretty solid box for $35. I loved November’s premium box. I’m as surprised as anyone I actually got off the waitlist first time around! Between the luxe and the premium I’m pretty happy so far.

I was super bummed to not get the first premium box, but my feelings won’t be hurt if I’m still not off the waitlist for December. I’m so over eyeshadow pallets, this glow recipe is all over ebay, etc. after being in ipsy plus (I wasn’t impressed with it at all) and the two choice items don’t make up for it. Unless the other items not yet revealed are really amazing, this box doesn’t feel very premium..

If you’re over eyeshadow palettes, you might want to take a break from Boxy. They are known for having palettes in every box, and the majority of them are eyeshadow. You probably won’t see the value in these boxes if you don’t want palettes.

So you would get BOTH palettes if you get both boxes.

They are saying that is you get luxe and premium, then you will get storybook in luxe and dose of colors in premium. If you just get premium (no luxe) then you will get storybook. You aren’t supposed to get two of the same.

Your status won’t change from off the waitlist until payment for next month is processed. So you could be getting this next month, just check your bank statement on the 1st or wait for the email from boxy (which is iffy that it actually shows up lol)

Balls, not excited over that glow recipe moisturizer. I bite the bullet and bought a bottle a month or two ago and after a few uses I got a bunch of cystic acne spots all over my face. I am still trying to get rid of the dark spots.

The GR Pink Juice is one of literally two things ever to break me out. I have the opposite of sensitive skin and try new products regularly by only incorporating a single new product into my routine since I know my skin won’t mind if it’s only one new thing.
So, anything that I react badly to, I know my skin just doesn’t like.
But, I gave my daughter the trial i had of this and she loved it so much she asked for it for Christmas.
So, while I don’t want it, I’m still very happy about getting it. They just saved me some cash on a requested Christmas gift

I was on Boxy’s website to see about the waitlist for Premium and from what I understand, I need to sign up for Boxycharm until I get off the waitlist. I also read that they charge the $25 for BC and the$35 for Premium at the time of sign up? So, what happens when you get off the waitlist then? They don’t charge the $35 the first month?

No, you stay on the waitlist in the order you signed up for the premium box. On the 1st of the month, Boxycharm will run the credit card information. The subscribers who’s card does not go through is taken off the list and the next person in line will get that spot. Once your card is ran and the payment goes through, then you will officially be a subscriber. They don’t run your payment until your turn in line.

That’s strange, they shouldn’t charge you the $35 until you are off of the waitlist. But they will charge you the $25 because there is no waitlist for regular boxy.
