I just received another Fall box!! I have two subscriptions. One for me, that I upgraded to the new premium annual and another one that is a gift for my boss. I use two different email addresses to keep them from getting confused.

I have received a Fall box on my subscription AND she just received a Fall box on her subscription. The problem is that I was CHARGED FOR BOTH OF THEM!! What the heck! AND the kicker is that on my box I was charged the $80…so I paid extra for the exact same box I have already received.

I have sent several email to Customer Service black hole and received no response. I LOVE Ellen and I really do love this box, but CS needs to get their act together. I cannot afford this double hit for the same thing I already paid for.

OK so I just got an email that says the Winter box is ready and I got the Fall box as a gift for going Premium!! OK so now this is making sense. There are big time spoilers on the email from ‘Ellen’. The box looks nice. Happy Dance!

I signed up for the Premium annual subscription last month. Yesterday I got the Fall box in the mail. It was sent as a free gift from Ellen! So now I’ll be receiving a total of 5 boxes for what I paid which comes out to a little less than just getting 5 boxes on a quarterly subscription would be! I’m so excited to see what other bonuses the Premium subscribers get. Hopefully some tickets to go see the Ellen show!

Wow, I just ordered yesterday with the $20 off code and my box already has a shipper! I went in and cancelled to make sure I don’t get charged for the next box. I’m crossing my fingers that my box doesn’t have any issues since I’ve seen all of the comments about the customer service.

Bummer I signed up for the annual and my first box is the holiday box. I should have waited I had zero problems with customer service I emailed them and I received a response within 48 hours so I guess Im in the minority here

How do you know your first box is Holiday? I just subbed for an annual and can’t find anything telling me which box I’m getting. I would also buy a fall box if it turns out mine starts with the Holiday but I don’t know how to find the answer to that before the fall box deal expires!

As much as I thought I wouldn’t like the fall box my 3 yo son with ASD is sleeping very well with the white noise machine and I swapped the key necklace for my fave face oil. I would love to swap for another white noise machine if anyone wants to swap theirs. Looking forward to the holiday box, but there’s no doubt they need to get their customer service together.

Could you tell me if the sound machine is loud, like a fan on high kind of sound? I run my fan on high all night because I can’t sleep without it, but hate the wind it causes in the winter months. I need it loud though, so I wish I could find something else that would work.

YouTube is a cheap free white noise machine. I like the deep brown noise option. Just an fyi in case you dont want to buy the whole box

You can make it pretty loud. We have it on low for my son. His bedroom is pretty small. I’m sure it would be loud enough for you.

There are actually 10 different fan sounds (and 10 different pink noise sounds, although I’m not quite sure what makes noise pink) which, in my opinion, sound very realistic. You can also control the volume of the fan sound, and it is fairly loud when turned all the way up. I would have loved to have gotten this box on sale, but quite frankly, I’ve been sleeping so well with this little machine that I don’t mind having paid a little extra for the opportunity to start using it a few weeks ago.

I also have been trying to contact customer service. I signed up for the special annual subscription and then got sent a duplicate box and my portal says my first box on my new annual subscription has already been fulfilled. Previously I had a broken item in one box. I have tried multiple ways of contacting customer service an no one ever responds to my request other than an automated email reply right within a day after I send an email saying someone will be in touch with me. I’ve now been waiting for 7 weeks and have sent 3 emails. No phone number to call. I even reached out on social media with no reply. This has been a nightmare. There needs to be another way to contact customer service.

Horrible customer service… I too received a duplicate fall box and after 6 emails and 3 weeks someone got back to me and said it was my problem and I was signed up for seasonal and premium subscription… Now I am stuck for a year. I really hope the holiday box is something special. I so want to like this box

YES!!! Thank you so much MSA! I’ve been on the fence about this sub because I liked some boxes more than others. Missing that first one was a real bummer! I wasn’t super impressed with the Winter box but….my little but loud tabletop fan I use to sleep was broken when I woke up this morning! So I took that as a sign when I saw this deal and just placed my order. I just hope it doesn’t take too long to ship!

I got the first two boxes. For me, the appeal of the items has steadily declined. And, for me, supporting her causes (as opposed to those that appeal to me personally) has absolutely no added value.

Sadly, this is a hard, hard pass for me. And I had such high hopes when I heard she was starting a box.

Just FYI for anyone considering this subscription box.

I had two issues with products from the fall box. One was open and used and one was damaged.

I have been trying since the day I received the box (maybe a month?) to get someone to respond to me. Nobody has said a word. I have not been able to get a single response from customer service and I wonder if they even have a team. I feel like I’m talking into a void.

I will never purchase from them again.

I’m in the void, also, for another reason.
Customer Service has been awful or non-existent. My last box never arrived. I sent documentation to them, and they “couldn’t find me in the system”, and just dropped me.
I was courteous, and tried to solve the problem with them, but they did nothing.
So, I’ll dispute the credit card charge, and warn you all here.
Avoid this box, regardless of how kind Ellen may be. Awful customer service!
