  3. Yes I’d love to see a review! There are a couple of similar boxes that I’ve been looking at so a review would definitely help me compare.

  4. Yes please. I don’t know how I feel about doing exercises from book but I could surely use this box in my life…..without books for me though.

  5. Yes, sounds like a good box but without any reviews am Leary. Everybody needs to destress!!!!!!

  6. I had a question for them and could not find any contact info at their website (not cratejoy but their actual website). Seems like a great box but I am leery if I can’t contact their customer service directly.

    • Does anyone have a customer service contact phone number or email addy? I am really interested in this box.

  7. Yes please. I’ve been looking for a good but fun self-help box, but it seems like the ones that attempt to go the self-help route eventually turn into beauty boxes.

    • I would be interested in learning more about what goes into different themes. So I yes. Not too pricey especially since you can go with mini box. I would instructions on how to CBD products.

  8. Yes, please.

  9. No thanks. Stresses me seeing that purple spider! Workbooks? I have no time for that. Regular sub. boxes are my stress relief. I don’t want one called stress-relief.

    • Same.

  10. I’ve been thinking about getting this box subscription for my two nieces for Christmas, so I’d love to see a review.

  11. Yes!!! I would love to see this reviewed! It looks like an amazing box!!

  12. Yaaaaaassssss

  13. Please review it! I’ve been looking for reviews for this box for awhile; I’m especially interested in seeing the differences between the full and the mini box.

  14. Yes! Looks promising

  15. Yes please! Would love to see both versions reviewed.

  16. CBT is a very effective form of therapy. I’d love to see it reviewed.

  17. Yes, I’d love to see this reviewed! It had Bombay & cedar vibes and I live B&C. And lest face it, who can’t use a little stress relief in their life.

    • Ugh phone typos…

It has* Bombay & Cedar vibes and I love* B&C.

  18. I’d love to see this! Please review

  19. Yes, please review.

  20. Yes, please! I’d love to see this reviewed. I might have to order it before I even see it reviewed though!

    • Lol. I just did.

  21. Yes, I’d like to see both versions reviewed!

  22. As someone that has struggled with anxiety for many years I’m intrigued by the theme of this box. However, while the workbooks are undoubtedly a useful tool they just aren’t something I would use. I go to therapy regularly and it’s a struggle just to find time for that with an eight month old, a teenager and a husband, so essentially three kids lol. I would still consider subbing if those workbooks weren’t the main component of the box, so I would enjoy seeing a few reviews. That owl candle holder is adorable!

    • I totally understand where you are coming from. I struggle with anxiety/depression and am a single mom of a 14-month-old. There’s’ never any relief.

      • Oh my. I did the single mom thing for several years when it was just my daughter and I. Toughest years of my life but also the most rewarding. Anxiety and depression are a constant struggle but if you can parent a toddler by yourself you can do anything.

      • I was alone my entire pregnancy through now — I went back to working FT when he was six weeks old and live alone. You’re right, I think I CAN do anything!! Either that or I’m legally insane.

      • Kids can make you feel insane sometimes. It takes a lot of strength to go through all that on your own. It does get easier to balance things when they go to school. Your little boy will definitely grow up respecting strong women.

      • I developed postpartum anxiety. Medication has really helped. If you haven’t explored that yet, maybe consider talking to your doctor. It changed my life.

    • Agreed. Workbooks sound good in theory, but they always end up adding to my anxiety. Feels like one more thing to put on my overflowing to-do list!

      • Exactly! Then I feel guilty for not finishing it and in rolls the anxiety depression.

  23. I need 20 of them..haha. Yes, please review!

  24. I’m very interested in reading a review. Yes, please!

  25. Yes, please — I need this + an adult version of Sensory TheraPLAY Box and I’d be good!!! 😀

  26. Yes please.
