Select Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 1 – Nov. 5
  • Customization: Nov. 2 – Nov. 5
  • Bill Date: Nov 7

All Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 14 – Nov. 18
  • Customization: Nov. 15 – Nov. 18
  • Bill Date 2: Nov 20
  • Bill Date 3: Nov 27

Starting this Winter, we will be implementing some exciting changes to make your membership experience more efficient and enjoyable. Back in June, we had announced our Long Term Shipping and Billing Improvement Plan 193 based on the feedback we collected from many of you. We are now excited to share these plans being further put into action.

First, starting in Winter, we will be moving to 3 separate billing dates (previously 2). This change will reduce the average time between billing and shipping for each of the groups. It will also help prevent shipping overlap between each group as we will begin shipping only one group at a time. Select Members will be billed and shipped exclusively within the earliest group.

  • Group 1: All Select. This includes APO/FPO/DPO address which will be automatically upgraded to Select status to honor our Active Duty Military. Stay tuned while we continue exploring other ways to verify Military in future seasons.
  • Group 2: Non-Select Members who purchase Add-Ons or add additional items to their Box during Customization and Non-Select Members who live in CA/UK/AK/HI/PR.
  • Group 3: Non-Select members that don’t fall into group 2.

The second notable change is that we’ll be launching 2 separate access windows for Add-Ons and Customization!

Select Access Add-Ons + Customization window will be exclusively for Select members. If you are an active Select member you MUST customize during this window.

All Access Add-Ons + Customization window will open after Select-Access closes. Non-Select members will have the exclusive opportunity to customize their box during this window. During this window, Non-Select members can shop Add-Ons which will ship with their Winter box.

Please note that while Select members do have access to shop Add-Ons in the All Access window, they may only purchase the specified max of the same item between both sales. For example, if a certain product has a max of 3 and a Select member purchased 1 of the product in the Select Access Add-On window, they would only be allowed to purchase 2 of that product in the All Access Add-Ons. They will also be subject to additional shipping fees because their main order would have already begun processing with the earlier shipping group.

  1. This is my last box on my annual (select) member subscription and I don’t think I’ll be renewing. I like the spoilers so far for this box, but it’s just become too complicated and with all the sub boxes I have, I really don’t want to be on a time clock all the time for “this is available at this time, and now wait a minute….you can’t do this until this time, and don’t forget to customize at this time….it’s just too much work, and my life is busy enough. I don’t want to work for something that I’m paying for. Everything should be available to complete in one simple log in. Just my opinion.

  2. I have subscribed to FFF over 5 years. These “free” extras go quickly, usually within minutes. So unless you are setting a timer, you might be out of luck on nabbing these. I’ve tried so many times and have never been able to score anything free. They’ve offered free candles, free books, free tea, free pasta… nothing.

    • that’s cause unless you are an annual subscriber and go on right when they open you’re pretty much SOL.
      i don’t know why the people that pay less in an annual subscription get treated better than the people that pay more for the quarterly.
      everyone should get to buy add-ons and choose their stuff at the same time. that would only be fair.

      • Because the people that pay for an annual are paying for it upfront, giving capital to the business and are “locked in” for a year and cannot just unsubscribe and resubscribe based on spoilers. Also, there are plenty of people that do not pay more quarterly since they just keep creating new accounts with new emails and use the 40-50% coupons every time. Loyalty should bring perks.

        • Then you would love Journeebox who gives annual members a free gift in every box! And a good one too! I love that so much.

      • Then there would be no incentive for any annual subscription.

        Not fair? Yes it is fair. Seasonal members have the option of not buying while annuals are locked into 4 boxes that may or may not be good.

        If you don’t think it is fair just do not buy a box.

        Personally I can’t get all this scheduling straight. It looks like a confusing mess.

    • I got nasty v8 juice splash. I only got that and nothing good like listed. 😣

  3. I don’t know why these sub boxes think they’re doing themselves a favor by making things complicated. I bought a FFF box once after viewing the spoilers, so forgive my general ignorance about their process. But I had to read this twice. Add this, get this, select, non-select, early access, all access, customization, add-ons… *head explodes*. Just tell me what’s in the box, sell your old crap in a separate online store, and give away the sponsored add-ons as a GWP.

    • Yes. Waaaaaay overly complicated for what it is. I couldn’t even make it all the way through the post. I’ll stick with the simplicity and ease of PopSugar and Box of Style, tyvm. 🤷‍♀️

    • YES! When did simple and straight-forward become a sales deterrent?

      • I was an annual subscriber for years. I loved it. Somethings happened in the past year. I cancelled 1/2 way through my subscription. I was checking to see the second spoiler. I’m ok with my decision.

  4. I think the best “sponsored” add-on was the Singapore tote bag with the tea, candle, coaster, and book. I wish they would have something like that again. Otherwise, I am going to skip the add-ons, it doesn’t seem to be worth the headache other people seems to have with shipping. And the last few times I did buy add-ons, there was always something wrong and this was before the warehouse move.

    • That was the best add on. The book was great, the tea tasted very good and I love the smell of the candle.

      • Yeah, I loved it. I still have some of the tea left.

    • When was that? I think it’s crazy that they run out of free samples and that you have to spend 15 dollars to get something free. Not only that but one of the free items is something many will not use. By the time I found out there was free stuff to the fastest shoppers they started the 15 dollars purchase and giving stuff that aren’t very exciting.

      Sorry for the crapping. 🙂

    • That was awesome! I use the coasters next to my bed. I think we also got a 3 way light bulb too that I still use for reading. I’m kind of sad but it was just getting to be too much.
