I chatted with somebody a few days ago and they said that it will come back, but is not currently available. I don’t know why they would say that it was not ready though, because it was available during the edit sale.

I look forward to the additional boxes & was excited to see the contents of the Fall Editors edition but it was not available on the website when I looked on the 11th. I initiated an online chat & the helpful rep explained that it wasn’t quite ready to launch. Unfortunately, it’s still not in the shop as of today (October 15th). Does anyone have an update as to when it will be online??

Since you are able to customize all five option now and I purchased when you could only choose 3 I online chatted with them. They said they couldn’t make adjustments to my order but did ask me what I wanted choice 4 and 5 to be and they placed a separate order and are sending me those two items in addition to the automated choice 4 and 5. Shoot the automated 4 and 5 may be the two items I choose. I received shipping notification for both orders as well. Happy with my customer service experience.

I got them in my fall box! I did a search for them before making my choice & overall I saw positive reviews. It’s definitely different, but I’m liking them so far. You combine 1-2 shakes worth of the crystals into your regular serum/moisturizer/night mask etc (depending on your needs). Hope that helps!

I wanted to let you know I had a massive issue with clicking on your link and applying the discount code. When I ordered the box as per the link and code, having paid for it, strangely the customerisation takes me to the old fall box and not the new falls editors box as advertised here. I had to contact the FFF help and try to customize it manually through them. Can you please look i to this link and code issue.

I just tried and it worked. Try removing your second item to see what happens. Those two with the wallet are not available but any of the other two choice two items work with Elemis and necklace.

Hoping they still have this next month. I dropped all my makeup money on ipsy this month. Lesson learned for all the complaints about fff I generally find the value in it even when the box doesnt overly excite me.

I purchased that hair brush as an add on in a previous sale. For me, it’s probably the worst brush I’ve ever owned. If you have more than medium thick hair, you might be disappointed. It could be great for thinner, fine hair though.
Just because it’s pretty and comes in a velvet bag doesn’t make it lux. I’ve made some of my favorite discoveries in the add on sales and fff boxes but this wasn’t one of them. I just wanted to offer this information if you are trying to decide.

I grabbed one mainly for the Elemis item. Of option four I prefer to not have the ball. I’ll be happy with any in five. This is a strong box for me.

It is disappointing that we can only customize the first three items when we are paying full-price. I saw it during the edit sale, but the main item I want is the Elemis and I wasn’t going to take a chance. I’m struggling with items I really don’t want or already have, but in the end it’s like purchasing the Elemis and getting everything else for free…

If you purchased during the Edit sale you are not able to customize, that’s probably why it was $10 cheaper. But if you purchase in the ‘Shop’ you can customize three items. You can try and chat with them so see if they will let you choose some items.

How come this was $39.99 during the edit sale and now it’s $49.99. I was waiting because you couldn’t customize during the edit sale and I didn’t want to get that lunch box again. Are we able to customize now?

Yes, you get to customize the first 3 choices. It was cheaper in the edit sale because you couldn’t make any customizations.

This is a decent box. I already have most of this stuff except for the lunchbox which I didn’t want the first time around. Definitely a good box for a new subscriber.

No, according to staff on the FFF community boards, the Elemis is 30 ml. The full size $128 version is 50 ml. Still a great deal though.
