I wish I can see sneak peeks of the base box

I’m close to this point. I’m mostly a skincare nut and I love trying new products but I signed up for Boxy to build up my nearly non-existent makeup collection. I’ve gotten several things I like and use but I almost always reach for neutrals (no makeup makeup look) so I just don’t use a lot of the palettes I receive. After the December Luxe I’m out for a while, I think.

If we get the choice email does that mean we are getting December’s boy luxe??

I don’t think it’s for your actual lips. It’s for the fine vertical lines around your lips, which can be very pronounced if you smoke or use straws a lot.

Did everyone receive an email saying congratulations and confirming your choices! My daughters got one but I did not ! Did anyone else not get a confirmation email about your boxyluxe choices? I have two accounts and I checked both and no email!

Don’t know if it matters. Boxy seems completely unconcerned with making sure the box variations are of anywhere near equal value, lol. I am curious to see what the “water bottle” variation will be for December though given the insanely inflated value of the QMS product.

p.s. i chose the 2 most expensive so i guess i’m going to find out for sure!

the head guy has answered this question before, & at that time, he said that your choices do not affect the rest of the box. i still wonder all of the same things You do tho. his answer didn’t completely ease my mind from them. but i just choose exactly what i would prefer anyway.

I chose the Saturday Skin and the lip serum so I didn’t choose the two most expensive products but I wouldn’t be worried about this personally. Others may disagree but BoxyLuxe seems far less prone to the weird variations we see in the regular box. Every Luxe box I’ve received has had high quality products and the variations I’ve seen haven’t been too out of hand/inconsistent. I think Boxy does a great job with Luxe.

If we are in the premium waitlist on the same account we get boxyluxe will that work? I’m confused about how that works if we were supposed to get on the waitlist under the same account we upgraded to Boxyluxe under or if we were supposed to open another account and get on premium waitlist there so we receive boxycharm and boxycharm premium both! What confuses me is that they said Boxyluxe is an upgrade which I knew but they also said boxycharm premium is a separate subscription not an upgrade!!

Amen! Thank you MSA. I wouldn’t have had any idea because I very rarely look at social media. I don’t understand why they can’t just email us. And I mean ALL of us. I still haven’t received my foundation color email and I finally got a response about it almost a week later where once again, the response was not at all helpful. “Check your spam” is useless. Who doesn’t know to try that at this point? That’s definitely not it.

I don’t know of any other company that has to send customers valuable information in batches, over a week’s time and even then some people don’t get it. So what’s going to happen if they send us foundation or something similar in the future? Are they just going to send me a random shade? For that matter why not just do ALL of these things on their website? Add another “quiz” for the foundation match. Post a calendar for the customization and add-on dates.

I love the amazing deals Boxy offers but they make everything so complicated and confusing. I almost feel like we earn those bargains with how hard we have to work to keep up with their announcements, sign-ups to sign up, etc. etc. Honestly if it wasn’t for MSA I wouldn’t bother doing business with them.

I don’t have a Nurse Jamie but I do have a jade roller, which I’ve used sporadically. I have seen some video tutorials using rollers and the results are pretty noticeable. I saw an aesthetician roller her 50-something mother and the improvement in Mom’s expression lines was kind of jaw dropping. I was hoping to use mine to relax my tight jaw but I just haven’t made it a regular thing. And get on that Clarisonic, woman! I’ve been using one twice daily for at least 15 years and really could not imagine life without it. I regularly get complimented on my “gorgeous” skin, which makes me feel pretty great at 47.

Watch for the add ons. You should be able to the one you didn’t choose then.

I love face oils as I have extremely dry skin but the Rose is a no go on face products for me. Too strong of a smell on my face so I went with the Saturday skin and qms

I had the same problem on my laptop, but had no issues on my phone.

Try logging out and back in. This worked for me. Also try a different browser or device.

I chose the same! I don’t have anything for lip lines, I end up using an eye cream each night on my lips. And I love Saturday skin, they featured it in their limited edition skincare box earlier this year. So far Elemis is fine, but they tend to have a lot of fragrance in their products, which I would rather not use on my face.

Same here. I am really starting to battle with aging skin. The Elemis sounded like it was more focused on that plus I think I may already have a travel size of the Saturday Skin. It’s terrible to have so many products in your stash that you can’t keep track of what you already have. I should be ashamed but oh well. I would love to try that roller but I have more faith that I’ll use the cream every night. I do wish we could add it on though.

I did not receive an email. One of my favorite vloggers posted last night so I just kept checking back throughout the day.

Boxy responded to someone on their FB page that they were NOT sending out an email to anyone about it. They said they posted it on IG and another social media platform. I guess they expect people to be glued to their phones or computers all day, following them everywhere to know anything.

I did not receive any email today nor last month or any time before for the choices. I have the same question than you.

I did not receive an email. Thankfully MSA posted it so I was able to choose what I wanted.

This is for the December box so it won’t be the same time. I got an email last week with some spoilers and I think the add on window is November 12.

There were add-ons available after the choice selection for the base box at the beginning of the month. I don’t think they’ll be doing add-ons when we have choice selection for Boxyluxe though.

I went with elemis….I’ve tried both brands… i honestly never notice a difference with any of it lol I chose Elemis because the reviews on saturday skin wasnt great plus I like putting oil into my moisturizers. I really like Boxy giving us choices! I cancelled all my subs and only have boxy now!

Yes it’s normal. I’ve been with boxy for 6 years and NEVER get emails from them. I go through the gigs and check spam, promotion, etc and it’s never anywhere…only get tracking from Fed ex about box tracking, and I only learn about things through MSA and Elizabeth Wolfe in youtube to find out about oop up sales and stuff

Same here, I didn’t get the email. Last month I didn’t get one saying choice was open, but I did get one confirming my choices.

I just happened to check their website and saw choice was open. It’s really annoying.

I received an email on 10/24 saying that the choice would be today. The subject line was “BREAKING NEWS: The MOST mysterious spoiler yet!”

No email today when it started. I didn’t know what time, so I just kept checking back.
