If you have never been subscribed to this box will we still get to customize our box with the 2 items that’s customizable? Also, will we be getting October’s products like everyone else? If this is our first time ever signing up for this box. I was just wondering. Thanks In Advance!!

When I signed yesterday, the first box will be October. I was only given the option of selecting one of the shadow palettes. Perhaps another option will come via email.

Customizing is something pretty new for Tribe and it doesn’t happen every month (but the last few months we’ve gotten to pick our palettes). Krystal, you would get October’s box 🙂

I don’t believe it’s an option until after the 15th.
I’ve been a member for over a year and the email I got said I would be able to choose my palette then.

There is a little drop down menu to select right at the top of the order form. The type set is very small. Hope this helps!

After the complete lack of customization and only one product I’ll even use last month from Ipsy, I may just skip a month and give Tribe a try. I’ve been eyeing them for a while but I hate paying shipping on top of the $35. I think I’m probably spoiled since most boxes I’ve subscribed to haven’t charged for it. However, seeing that they’re sourcing from all female owned companies is a big incentive for me. And allowing some customization is definitely another. Plus a box every other month is probably better for me anyway since I’m on product overload. I do hope to see more skincare in future boxes. There’s also a fair chance they’ll release a code for free shipping soon. I’m signed up for their emails and have gotten offers before.
