Is anyone’s box just…sitting there at the post office? I got a shipping confirmation on Wednesday, checked my tracking today and it says that “USPS Currently Awaiting Package.” That doesn’t seem right to me. I know most places send confirmation emails when the shipping label is created, not when it’s actually sent, but by day five it should have been mailed. Should I contact customer service about this?

It is traveling through a different carrier at the moment, when they deliver it to the usps they will update the page! I forgot the name of the other carrier, but they are pretty slow at times.

Knew this was a good deal when I ordered it, but when I saw how large the products were I realized what a great deal it was! Seeing so many tiny samples in Ipsy and other beauty boxes, even BeautyFix lately, had me forgetting how big a box of full size beauty products was. (Only one deluxe sample out of eleven in the anti aging….I’m not complaining.).

I just received my anti aging box today and the Biossance is missing! I can’t begin to explain my disappointment, that was the item I was most looking forward to
I got it and I still disappointed. It’s not a full size. I ordered a box because of it, and this facial is tiny. Only for maybe 4 uses.

They got back to me, that was extremely fast, and are shipping me out replacements now. I emailed them through the order confirmation email, if that helps;)

I received the Fast Fixes box yesterday, and the Korres body cream was missing. I emailed them, and they responded within a couple of hours. They said they would send me one, and I even got another email that confirmed an order placed for the Korres with no charge. They were super helpful and responded quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service!!

I almost bought the Fast Fixes box at full price when it first came out, so for $35 + free shipping it’s a no brainer. The Amika shampoo, FAB cream, and Nuria toner are all are products I’ve been wanting to try for a while now, and everything else is practical and will get used (sans tanning mousse, which I’ll probably put up for swap).

One “spoiler” I read is that the Betty Boop bag that was spoiled for GB will be the exact same bag that will be included in GBP & GBU with no size variations… so if you’re subbed to all three bags then you’ll be getting 3 duplicate bags. Ipsy said they would start with the size variations with November’s bags. They said to make up for the duplicate bag a full-size Trestique Good Vibes mascara will be thrown into GBU as an extra/bonus item.

It’s the opposite…. even on your website it states that anything with an * is a deluxe product/sample (I can’t remember the exact wording), plus just looking at the sizes of the products without an * show they’re full sizes (with the exception of the Biossance).

It means it’s a deluxe sample, but I think there might be other deluxe samples included (like the Biossance product) that doesn’t have an * next to it.
