Let Everly Drink Mix help you hit your daily hydration goal! Everly offers multiple sugar-free flavors in caffeinated and non-caffeinated options. Everly also offers a ton of articles related to the Keto Diet like 7 Benefits of a Sugar Detox and Staying Hydrated on a Keto Diet.
These Everly drink mixes, especially the Pomegranate Berry, are delicious! It makes drinking water so much more enjoyable. It doesn’t taste like just flavored water. It’s much more favorable and fruitier than I initially expected.

If you’re like me, you’ve probably sworn off cereal on the keto diet. Magic Spoon offers a variety of tempting low-carb, grain-free, and gluten-free cereals. Flavors include this frosted cereal, cinnamon, fruity, and cocoa.
Yum! This cereal is crunchy and sweet. If not for the slightly odd aftertaste, I could be fooled to think that it was full of sugar as would be the case with your typical cereal. This cereal gets an A+ for its texture which is perfect. It’s the best keto-friendly cereal I’ve tried.

These soft and chewy keto-friendly brownies are sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol, made with pure C8 MCT powder, and loaded with sugar-free chocolate chips.
This brownie is too good to be true! It’s sweet, chocolatey, and full of almonds. It’s seriously delicious! It’s also not as greasy as other MCT bars. This was my favorite snack in this month’s box.

Legendary Foods makes some amazing flavored almonds and nut butter. These savory pizza-flavored almonds are a good source of protein, low-carb, and have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.
These almonds are full of flavor and really taste like pizza! The flavor is infused throughout the almonds and not just sprinkled on top. The almonds themselves are fresh and crunchy. I highly recommend these.

Will Bill’s offers savory bites of flavored pork belly that have been smoked, cured, and seasoned to perfection. These “burnt ends” are made with 100% all-natural bacon.
I expected these pork belly bites to be dry and jerky-like but they’re not at all. They’re tender, juicy, delicious, and perfectly seasoned. It tastes like big chunks of barbequed bacon. I can’t get enough of these!

Just The Cheese makes low-carb, high-protein cheese snacks. This healthy snack is simply made of 100% Wisconsin aged cheddar that is baked in the oven.
This baked cheese snack is good. I feel like, by itself, it’s not much of a snack and the portion size is small. I would probably be great with a bowl of tomato soup or as part of a keto-friendly charcuterie board.
Skout Backcountry Organic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds in Spicy Texas Chili, 2.20 oz – Listed Value $4.00 (Buy a pack of 6 here for $23.95)
Fat 16g | Net Carbs 2g | Taste Score: 8/10
Pumpkin Seeds is a superfood loaded with antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and a host of other good-for-you nutrients. Skout Backcountry takes Oregon-grown organic pumpkin seeds and adds bold flavors like this spicy Texas chili, mountain ranch, and sweet Texas BBQ.
Pumpkin seeds are one of my favorite fall treats! These seeds are fresh, have a nice crunch, and are seasoned lightly with a pinch of cayenne pepper. I expected them to be a little more salty and spicy but I still enjoyed this snack.
Raw Rev Creamy Peanut Butter and Sea Salt Glo Bar, 1.6 0z – Listed Value $2.25 (Buy a 12 bar box here for $26.99)
Fat 11g | Net Carbs 3g | Taste Score: 7/10
Raw Rev creates bars with raw ingredients, superfoods, and antioxidants. This creamy peanut butter and sea salt bar called a “PB lovers delight” is high in protein and fiber.
This bar doesn’t look very appetizing, but it tastes good. I can taste the creamy peanut butter but I can’t taste the sea salt at all. It reminds me of peanut butter cookie dough – just not as sweet.

Keto Pops offer lollipops in a variety of flavors. They are all sugar-free, contain just 3g of fat, and only 25 calories. This coconut flavor is sweetened with erythritol and made with 100% coconut oil.
This coconut keto pop smells great and I love the concept. Unfortunately, I don’t like the coconut flavor and the texture is gritty against my teeth.
Shrewd Food Protein Crisps in Strawberries & Cream, 0.74 oz – Listed Value $2.79 (Buy a box of 8 here for $14.99)
Fat 3g | Net Carbs 4g | Taste Score: 8/10
These baked protein crisps are loaded with 12g of protein and made with real strawberries and cream. They’re gluten-free and free of the bad stuff like corn syrup, artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.
These sweet protein crisps taste like fruity cereal. They’re made with real cane sugar so, of course, they taste delicious. The strawberry and cream flavor is yummy. However, it doesn’t last the full bite, so it goes from bold to bland quickly. Still, you can’t beat the crunchy sweetness of this snack!
Fat 13g | Net Carbs 3g | Taste Score: 7/10
This soft-baked bar has a tempting summery raspberry and lemon flavor. It’s low carb, high in plant based-fat, gluten-free, and non-GMO. It’s perfect for keto, paleo, vegan and kosher diets.
This bar has the texture of a fig newton bar. It’s soft and chewy and it tastes good. I expected it to be a little tarter, but the flavor is subdued. It’s good – just not what I expected.
The Verdict: On the keto diet, one of my biggest challenges is finding healthy and keto-friendly snacks to hold me over between meals. This box had some great snacks that were delicious and align well with my healthy diet goals.
Of the snacks in this month’s box, my favorites were the almond brownie, pizza almonds, and pork belly bites. The almond brownie was delicious, the pizza almonds were so fresh and flavorful and the pork belly bites were surprisingly good and savory. The only snack that missed the mark for me was the keto pop. I love the concept and I think a fruitier flavor might taste better than the coconut flavor. Finally, I loved the diversity of snacks in this month’s box from sweet to savory. The cereal and drink mix were nice additions.
Overall, I enjoyed this snack box and I can’t wait to try next month’s box!
