I don’t care about the purported retail value but there is literally nothing ever in the Charm Room that I want to bring into my home.
I realize this is free money but all this would do would be bringing in more clutter that I need to figure out how to dispose of.
At least IPSY seems to have some items that I would want – I have yet to find anything that I have the slightest desire to try or own.

Well then maybe Boxycharm just isn’t for you but for me personally as a working artist if I can’t use something my clients always can and they have always treated me super well even if I had issues. I get ipsy to all of them actually lol

I left BoxyCharm in August, there were a few things I felt that they needed to work out. I signed up again today. I’m pleased with my decision.

I’m trying to hurry up and use my charms, because I’m planning on cancelling boxy after my next 3 month sub goes through. But everything goes so fast! I have 7400 charms, but nothing to spend it on.

That’s the retail price for that size. It’s basically free money earned by reviewing items, not your hard earned cash. Everything in the Charm Room is always retail value and it’s basically free product for your time and loyalty.

The charm room is always a joke. Instead of focusing on adding a new box, add ons and a pop up shop, I really wish they would focus on fixing the things that arent working well- like the charm shop and their c.s.

I dont get why you guys charge 21.00 for the monthly fee and on top of that charge another 28.00 every 3 months and only send the boxyluxe?
We should get both boxes if we are charged twice. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only woman here who is a single mother? money can get tight please fix that issue I love your products I love being a part of boxycharm but that just does not sit well with me.

You get 3 of the base items from the boxycharm box and a whole bunch of extras for $28 more. Several items sent last month in luxe were worth more than the entire box cost, for 1 item [tidal cream, makeup brushes, curling iron etc]. The rest of the contents are just icing on the cake.

Their email is [email protected]. They are very nice and usually respond right away. This website is for reviews of the boxes not the beauty box companies.
I haven’t tried Boxyluxe yet, maybe next time, but I do know that the boxes are much bigger with more items and the whole box value is higher also. Also, there is more than just makeup which is nice.
There will be 3 tiers by November.

The charm room is a joke. Everything either sucks or is sold out. Really ticks me off

Amanda, This is not a Boxycharm customer service page. They charge $21 for the regular box and the added is only on Luxe months – where you get a BIG box that has 3-4 of the regular Boxycharm items plus more items, that regular Boxycharm members do not get. If you only want the $21 charge then you have to cancel the Luxe box.

I’ve had my first ever bad experience with boxy this month. My boxy luxe disappeared in transit the mail on the 10th. It clearly shows that in the tracking.
Boxy made me wait till it was way past the original scheduled delivery date of the 17th, till they’d even offer me a replacement, and then they tell me it will be 5-10 business days before my replacement is even sent out to me!!!
Maybe I’m just spoiled by Amazon customer service and prompt replacements, but in what world is that kind of replacement time frame acceptable? At the current time frame I’m likely to receive my October regular box before I get my replacement September box. I’m also worried with them taking that long to send out a replacement, I’m going to be left with leftover options in my box. They are allowing me my choice of one item for October’s box as compensation, but quite honestly I’d rather just have them send me my replacement September Boxyluxe now, as compensation. Has anyone else had this experience?

Hate how things go right away!!! Ridiculous!!! Especially when they know they never have any new rewards && once they add stuff if goes right away. They need to add more products && add more products more frequently! Right when I went to my account they had the bum bum cream & 2 lashes. Once I added the 3 into my account, 2 things were gone && I got the one pair of lashes that I really did not want. But wanted to get it because I have soooo many charms to use. Totally ridiculous!

I’m trying to get the Bum Bum cream but it’s using the charms only for the product and not the tax. Apparently my credit card doesn’t want to pay the 40 cents tax, because it’s saying my payment failed. Both of my cards have well over 40 cents available but both are failing. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have had so many problems with Boxycharm this month- I missed out on my Boxyluxe subscription because they couldn’t charge my credit card and customer service blamed it on me, and my computer, and the browser, and anything else they could think of, until one person finally admitted the site had a “hiccup”. (Which they still couldn’t resolve) Then, I wasn’t able to buy anything in the add-ons and they blamed it on my credit card company, so I called my credit card company and it turns out Boxy was trying to submit two payment requests for each transaction, which got declined as fraudulent. I finally had to add a different card and got one transaction to go through, so if you’re having the same problem, maybe try that…

You do have to sign up again, but know it toke my money for a knew box and already toke 25 dollars out. I haven’t got a email for the new box for over a 2 weeks and for my add ons. Good luck. And some one toid me that’s not how you do it. But if you look at you months. That’s the and the are a Lucy’s, that’s the only way.

Boxes are sent out within 10 business days. Add one are sent this coming month so if you just signed back up this is pretty normal because you bought October add ons.
