You’re all absolutely right. We completely missed the mark with this Gift and accidentally advertised the incorrect product. Then, we didn’t adequately communicate the issue to our customer service team and so the appropriate measures to resolve this were not taken. We’re so sorry for the frustration. We have since processed refunds for everyone who has requested one, and we have emailed all subscribers who redeemed this offer to alert them to our error. Howdy Birchbox Social Media Contact! I’ve contacted BIRCHBOX Customer Service twice and have yet to get a single response. I responded to your advertisement for $139 valued Foreo Luna Mini 2 as a bonus with a new 6 month subscription to Birchbox Grooming. The description of my purchase on my credit card statement documents the gift. I also received that unprofessional OOPS E-mail stated Birchbox accidentally advertised the WRONG Foreo version and would be sending me a (non-rechargeable) $39 Foreo Mini instead in my November box. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOREO “PROMOTIONAL GIFT” in my November box. Birchbox please contact me!

If anyone reads this 3 Emails and 2 Social Media posts received ZERO REPLIES from Birchbox.
Thank goodness Christine from Customer Service replied to a text message I sent on Saturday within a few minutes. My free Foreo Luna Mini is on the way finally.

Note to Birchbox folks – I place an order for more product. I appreciate someone resolving my problem.

I liked using Luna Play I received in Allure box while back. I think it stopped working because I dropped it (cannot think of other way). I chatted with customer service and she confirmed it is the Foreo Luna Mini 2 which is the rechargeable one and that’s what it says on my email confirmation. I will report back if anyone is interested.

I am glad I came back to this thread. According to the chat with customer service, my Foreo was supposed to be shipped with my October box, but never came, so I got it shipped differently and it was Foreo Play (the disposable one). I just chatted with customer service and they are sending me the “replacement” foreo, but I am asking them to send me the product link. If you click the promo link above, looks like the promo is still on and while description says Foreo mini 2, the picture is Foreo Play… hope they get it right. My October box was just around the cost of the box… disappointing.

UPDATE: I was also told (same as Sara) that the incorrect Foreo was promoted and that’s what I get. That is after I sent the evidence of my chat PRIOR to subscribing, screenshot of promo item added to the card at check out, and screenshot of their promotion still available TODAY! They still have the same description of the promotion! I provided 2 screenshots and attachment of chat and a photo of Foreo I received. They didn’t care. I requested cancellation and I am getting the refund of remaining 4 boxes. I also signed up for women’s boxes for Amika brush and hope I receive it in January….

I just received an email stating that the Foreo gift with purchase was not the correct one and that I would be receiving a different Foreo. They didn’t state one way or the other what was the correct one. If it’s not the Mini 2 I will dispute the charge with my cc.

Same here and I’m upset! Never would have done for the Luna Play. I paid with a prepaid card so not able to dispute 😭

It now shows up as Foreo Luna mini in midnight in the cart. Also has the free mystery sample pack, normally $10. Had anyone reviewed this sample pack yet? Curious as to what it might be.

On the birchbox opening page, it says you receive the foreo Luna mini 2.

Once you enter the code, it says you receive a foreo Luna play in midnight. I have questions out to customer service. But be aware even the site shows both as offers.

The title says Foreo Luna Play which is about $40 but the advertisement says Foreo Luna 2 mini which is normally $139 but on sale for $118.15. Which device is correct?

I just tried checking out and it show Luna Play not Luna Mini 2! That is a huge difference….The play is only $39 vs the Mini 2 at $139.
