I got spring box mailed but no summer box. So two boxes actually mailed seperated?

I just ordered and paid with the coupon present and accepted after I paid there’s no mention of the coupon in the account and the confirmation and theres a sad face by deal in my confirmation receipt. I emailed customer service and waiting to get more information.
