Oui Fresh July 2019 Review

You’ll find an info card that doubles as a print and lists all of the items, plus where you can buy more of them. This month is focused on summer faves!

Henné Organics Luxury Lip Tint in Intrigue – Retail Value $21.00

I love this lightweight lip tint. It’s perfect for summer minimal makeup and glides on really well. The best part of this tint is that it’s really hydrating. The downside is that it doesn’t really have staying power, but I wouldn’t expect that from a product like this. The deep brownish-red hue will be a nice fall transition color.

Delia Organics Dose of C Eye Magnify, 1 oz. – Retail Value $31.99

I’m familiar with Delia Organics as they’ve made many appearances in clean beauty boxes in the past. I have never come across this eye treatment though. I kind of love the consistency of it since it’s a thick jelly. It’s packed with vitamin C which should help regenerate skin cells while the gel has cooling properties to help with puffiness. Pop this in the fridge before use for an added spa-like experience. I’m not the biggest fan of eye treatments, but this one feels nice on.

The Sacred Ritual Triple Threat, 0.34 oz. – Estimated Retail Value $10.51 (Buy a 2 oz. bottle for $62.00)

This cute little bottle of facial oil is called “triple threat” due to the three main ingredients of rosehip seed oil, virgin marula oil, and squalane oil. It only takes 2-3 drops for it to take care of my whole face and it absorbs really quickly. It has a light citrus (orange) scent that dissipates just as quickly as it comes and really softens the skin. This will make a stellar travel oil.

Fable Soap Co. Neroli and Frankincense Hydrating Facial Mist

Fable Soap Co. Neroli and Frankincense Hydrating Facial Mist, 1 oz. – Retail Value $2.25 (Buy an 8 oz. bottle for $18.00)

I am up to my ears in facial mists right now, so it takes a lot for me to be impressed with one. This one has aloe vera, witch hazel and rose water among others, so it’s a pretty standard recipe. It’s all-natural and has a very DIY vibe to it which I can appreciate. Since the 1-ounce bottle is small, it can be easily tossed in a bag for everyday or travel. The neroli and frankincense scent isn’t my fave, but a lot of people love both of those.

Timeless Beauty Bar Face The Day Sheet Mask – Retail Value $7.00

I found this sheet mask to be one of the better ones I’ve tried. It didn’t leave me with sticky skin and I felt like it really made my face dewy after use.

Verdict: Oui Fresh Beauty Box didn’t come to the table with any groundbreaking beauty items this time. Although the products were pretty standard, they did choose brands that were new to me and seemed to do the basics well. The lip tint and face oil are probably my favorites. The total estimated value comes out to $72.75 which is well over the cost of the box.

  1. Oui Fresh is having a beauty warehouse sale! Mystery boxes are only $12.! Lipsticks are $4, and glosses are $3!

    • A really great price..if only shipping didn’t start at almost 14 dollars!

  2. I’m not big on oils but the Triple Threat is one of the best i’ve Ever tried. Makes my skin so soft and is thick but doesn’t feel greasy. The Timeless mask burned my face (this has NEVER happened to me with a sheet mask before) and the previous one they sent had made me feel so sticky. Not a fan. The eye cream also irritated my mom’s skin but I haven’t tried it for myself yet. Was curious if anyone had had similar experiences.

  3. This was a really nice box this month 🙂
