We received the first box and were not impressed. It was a spin on bath bombs which is not very original nor to the materials justify the higher price tag. We’ll stick it out a few more months as we’re fans of the brand.

I looked up the British Beauty Box. The monthly option says you pay $33 a month and get the box every quarter? That makes no sense to pay monthly and only get it every 3 months. Is that correct?

Hi, the $33 per month is only if you spread your payments over three months. If you pay every quarter then it is $65, and of course there is a bigger saving for annual.

I believe it’s the option to break up the payments, to make it easier for more people to afford. I was about to buy this when the Glossybox deal popped up just now, so I am waiting another month for BBB

Claire, have you also tried Mintd? What is the difference in price/quality of products?

Hi Katy, I haven’t tried Mintd so can’t compare. All the products in BBB are full size and really high quality. For the price it is worth it when you also factor in shipping from UK. Some of the brands are also not available in US. It’s all skincare which is ideal for me. I don’t plan on cancelling and would cancel other subs if I couldn’t afford it. I’m also English so I’m particularly partial to this sub!
