Loot Crate has sent out an update on the Firefly Cargo Crate:

Hey Browncoats,

We’re very sorry for the delays in communication surrounding the Firefly Cargo Crate (and, of course, for the delays with the crates themselves). Who thought getting a second season would be so tough? … Oh, right, all Firefly fans.

Anyway, we’re still working hard to get you an updated shipping timeline for your outstanding crates and we plan to follow up again next month.

You truly are the best fans in the ‘Verse. Thank you so much for your continued patience while we try to resolve these issues.

If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.

Love keeps her in the air,
Team Firefly Cargo Crate

You can check the estimated ship dates on your Loot Crate Account page.

FYI – We do not recommend subscribing to Loot Crate at this time. See this post for more info.

The only thing laughable about this joke of a notification was that I was then asked to rate the email. Aside from the obvious “never agains” I did note that after the last almost two years of poor shipping and service, and the sorry, not sorry “apology” crate (that we were billed for as a replacement, which amounted to fraud) I did NOT appreciate or find their Firefly second season joke funny in the least.

I do appreciate though that MSA is giving us info as it comes to hand, and now also noting that it can’t recommend subscribing to any of Loot Crate’s products and why. You’re doing the right thing in both instances, and have my thanks MSA.

Loot Crate has stopped mentioning the bankruptcy…..interesting. So glad I cancelled after the first year of this one.
