Ugh, if I get one more setting powder I’m going to scream!

I really want the powder and that’s the only reason I’ll stay subbed for September. I hope October is better

After having quit sub boxes well over a year ago, I’m still working my way through product overload – and that’s on the products I liked and kept. Still check this site all the time because I loved getting boxes but man, they do seem to have fewer appealing items than they used to.

Ok what’s up with the exema lotion? Is everyone getting that?! I’m sick of getting in allure boxy and Ipsy the SAME color lippies. Red orange or deep mauveish. Look terrible on me, doesn’t fit my profile! This lip color looks like same thing Oh and another highlighter or black eye liner uggggg

Lori

I would resub if I could get the powder AND the lip crayon. I feel like past Allure boxes would have had both.

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

They would have. Allure has really gone down hill.😞

Reply ButtonReply

Dot

Absolutely agree really really downhill 👎

Jenny Roberts

I cancelled this box, getting the either/or is annoyingly I hope this box gets better I would not mind resubscribing but August/September are a meh

oh, I hope I get that nars pencil, I could use this..

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya M.

I love NARS pencils but you need a HUGE sharpener.. lol…. this is one of the boxes I’m letting autopay …I’ve cut so far back it’s crazy… I think I just don’t want to let go of getting subs in the mail but that Rachel Zoe is looking good but I’m waiting for Ellen’s to drop so I can decide if that one is better at the price point.

It says if I sign up today my first box will be the August box but I signed up late last week and it charged me then immediately reversed the charge and then said my first box would September. I dont understand.

Lisa

Try signing up through Amazon for this months box. It is easy to subscribe and cancel and they send everyone same variant so if you stay on through Sept and don’t like variant other Amazon people get you can cancel.

Shar

I better get the powder or this box will be a bust for me. Been wanting to try it for a long time.

Lori

It’s great! One of my faves!

I could have used the LaRoche Posay last week when work was stressing me out so bad my eczema returned.

It’ll be nice to have something other than the prescription cream in my back pocket should it return. Even if it’s only a sample size. I can always order more.

Kay

I hope I get the powder!

Reply ButtonReply

Pink5

Same here.

I have some Nars pencils in other colors. They’re nice, but pink is boring.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

So true! No more pink … or browns, yuck! I’d choose a red lip every time. Maybe mix it up with a bit of orange occasionally.

Nan

I am excited for this. My daughter has eczema and I am looking for a new body lotion for her. I hope it full size.

I just cancelled, and feel so good!, September will be a miss

Reply ButtonReply

Bree

I cancelled a couple months ago and don’t regret it one bit!

Kathy Piccini

Same here. Cancelled the August box & September looks no better to me. Sooo glad I cancelled. Have only had about 2 decent boxes since joining last October. Enough was enough lol

Dawna

Definitely skipping September. I’m starting to be an every other month subscriber at this point. I was considering not skipping if the spoilers were good enough. After reading the ingredients on this product, I can’t use it. It’s the colloidal oatmeal that I can’t have. Such a shame as September is my birthday month. Guess I’ll spend my $16.50 on something I want.

Reply ButtonReply

Jacki

September is my birthday month too, and I’m skipping most of my subs because they aren’t needs/wants for me

Reply ButtonReply

Dawna

Yep! Seems like it every year too! Lol! I’m not skipping Ipsy though. They’ve outlasted every sub I’ve ever tried. Haven’t skipped them yet in 3 1/2 years. Even if I get a bag of stuff I don’t want, I have a teenager & nieces. If they don’t want something, I have a donation box. But, that donation box doesn’t have anything from Ipsy in it… Plus, I want the September bag. Ipsy is the only sub I’m getting for September unless Target comes out with a really good box. I’m still waiting on my fff editors box…

Nicole

Eehh…I don’t know about this. I guess I would try the glow stick, but I don’t need it. I would love the powder, the NARS not so much, I’m on exfoliant overload and I don’t have eczma. My luck will stick me with the NARS. I might have to skip this if a hero doesn’t come along.

Reply ButtonReply

Dawna

Same. I’m definitely skipping unless they come out with some really great item that isn’t going to be a variation.

Reply ButtonReply

nan

Hope Nars is the one for sure in Amazon’s box

Reply ButtonReply

Dea

I’d rather have powder, which I use every day over sunscreen, than a matte lippie.

Reply ButtonReply

Kelly

I hate variations. I would be so disappointed to get that powder instead of the NARS!

Reply ButtonReply

Taylor

I am super happy about the cream! My son has severe eczema so this is perfect for me!

Reply ButtonReply

Retpunzel

Looks good to me. I’ll probably give the la Roche posay to my mom, she’d love it. Might grab two of these.

Reply ButtonReply

Cady

I skipped August but I’ll be happy with September. Hope I get the LM powder. If not, I’ll pass the lipstick on to my mom so it’s ok either way

Reply ButtonReply

Jennie Lagunas

How do you skip a month? Is it an feature like Ipsy offers?

Reply ButtonReply

Dawna

No. You have to call but you also have to be very clear that you are only skipping, not canceling or deactivating your account. 1-800-274-1603

Dot

Love me some La- Rouche so gentle on my skin 🥰

Reply ButtonReply

LunaLee

The La Roche looks good. I like getting fun things in sub boxes, but I also like getting useful items like this. I hope for Full-size!

Reply ButtonReply

Jodi

Nothing super exciting and I was going to pause and still might but I may stick around for the scrub La Roche because I need a scrub and I think I’ve use the cream and liked it especially if it’s full sized and will be useful in the winter. Hoping to see the rest of the spoilers soon to decide.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennie Lagunas

Please let me get the Laura Mercier powder(love that stuff). I have enough Nars Dolce Vita to last me a lifetime .Nars needs to start including other colors!
