Super excited for October, those three products look amazing and I can’t wait to try them! I paused September’s box on Amazon because I wasn’t excited by it at all but will definitely be getting October’s box! Can’t wait to try the new Sunday Riley product!

What date does this get billed? I signed up in August for that month’s box, skipped September, and will get October but I don’t know when I will be billed. Their website is not helpful. Can anyone tell me?

Anyone know whatever happened with Allure’s “Beauty Swag”/Beauty Thrills?

Not wild about the spoilers so far.
Not a fan of BumBum cream because I don’t like strongly-scented products and I’m skittish around peels – my skin is kind of sensitive.
I’m okay with the Sunday Riley, at least it isn’t a retinol or heavy-duty Vitamin C.

Did anyone receive the Cargi in the shade Dubai? That is the only shade I could wear.

allure sent me an e-mail, that said the boxes are coming back, instead of these cheap plastic pouches…yea…can’t wait..i think either September or October..

I am a seller on multiple platforms, and I saw someone that has those horrible Allure bags listed for $10 each plus shipping at $4.25!!!! I really couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Thank God the boxes are coming back though! Yayyyyy! 🙂

Wait, people are selling those bags, successfully?? Where?? I have a million, & I hate them, I’d love to get rid of them (for any price lol)!

I mistakenly got the “come back we miss you” email, followed by a retraction the next day.
Going back to the boxes?
YAY!!

I haven’t got a box in 3 months… I did not get an email…. Aparently, they don’t miss me… lol.

I just read something about how most ceramide products don’t have enough to actually do anything. Which is interesting and doing research about your products is key. With that said, I’m still down to try the Sunday Riley product. I feel like Allure must have a deal with them, because they always get to try products before they’re released. Dope nonetheless.

I cancelled at the end of July and VERY glad I did. Putting that money towards IGBU. October looks promising but only if that Sunday Riley were full sized. The super small samples are everywhere in my house & rarely used. Wait n see mode here too

October box looks interesting, so far. But, I’m guessing the SR and BumBum are both sample/deluxe sample sizes. I’ll be interested to see what the rest of the items are.

They once sent out a full size SR vitamin c oil, so it is possible this one might be full size too! We will see I suppose

Julianna
I got that, the ceo oil? Yes, full size, I couldn’t believe it lol. I’m pretty happy with this one, I personally love the smell of the bum bum cream, & that CEO oil is one of my favs (the 111 is great, too).
Dawna
Ha ha! Allure just sent out an “Oops!” email! You may have received an email intended for former subscribers… Lol! Lol! Lol! Come on Allure! Get it together! Please!

FINALLY a good box from Allure. It’s been awhile!

I sub through Amazon, so I just cancel or subscribe depending on the month. I’ve been hemming and hawing about the August box. I’m not proud, but I just signed up to get it. I want to get the eye cream, and am actually interested in the makeup cloth since I’ve never used it before. Also interested to see what Cargo shade I get. September doesn’t excite me, so I will probably skip, but based on these spoilers I will probably get October!

The August box is one of my favorites of all time over all my beauty boxes. I love all but one of the items, and they immediately went into my daily rotation. The Cargo shade I received is Bombay. It’s my new everyday lip product.

The Cargo lipstick is the only thing I can’t use . Can’t Remember the shade name but it reminds me of Pepto Bismal. !but I think I have someone who will love it! Pretty good though to be able to use the rest of the items though
Tiffany
Do you use Amazon or Allure for fulfillment? What is your experience with either? I had a subscription through Allure and am looking to sign back up in October.

I’ve subbed on and off through both and Amazon is much less of a hassle as far as cancelling and re-subbing at will is concerned. You can just do it through your account instead of having to call or email. Also, I seem to get my box faster when I sub via Amazon as opposed to Allure. That said, I’m currently subscribed directly with Allure because I made a new sub to get the Badgley Mischka Perfume a few months ago. Those kinds of offer are really the only benefit to signing up directly with Allure.

Thank you for sharing your experience. 🙂

I wonder if Allure got a rash of cancellations after Ipsy announced the Ultimate bag, so this email went out to everyone dangling a really good box to slow the cancellations down? People are going to be quitting other boxes in order to budget for the Ultimate box atleast temporarily until the hype dies down.

Signing back up in Oct. Don’t like August or September. Will definitely be going through Amazon unless welcome gift is something I really want

Just wanted to add, I think it’s kind of weird they waited for an October box to do Bum Bum Cream. It’s fine, but I would of thought they would put that in a summer month box. Can’t wait to try the new SR!

It’s a no for September and a yes for October. I want the bum bum cream for my niece. I like the peels for travel and I’m curious about this Sunday Riley Ice.

I saw the October spoilers in the “We miss you” email I got from Allure today–which was a weird email to get because I’m currently subscribed! No idea what that’s about.

Same! I received the same email today and I subscribe through Amazon and their website. 🤷♀️

Did this we miss you email have additional spoilers to these? 🙂

I’ll definitely come back for October IF the Sunday Riley and the Bum Bum cream aren’t variants. Allure used to be my favorite sub but I kept getting burned when they started all the variant items and I ended up canceling. I’d resub for September if I knew I’d get the Laura Mercier but I don’t want yet another one of those NARS pencils in the same shade.

Happy to trade the Laura Mercier for the NARS if that’s what I/You end up with! I really want the NARS

Yes I totally agree. Allure was a favorite of mine until the variants. I had to cancel after that, it was the only sub I Knew what i was getting (other than test tube, which is my #1 favorite skin care box) then the variations ruined it for me. If these are guaranteed to everyone, I may buy two lol
