I love a good body scrub- exfoliating dull skin away is one of my passions. Meant’s Wonder Polish is simply fantastic at this task. Sugar? Check. Coffee grounds? Check. It also has avocado, plus argan and monoi oils to hydrate and moisturize. I’m not going to lie to you- this stuff is messy. BUT you’re in the shower, so what better place to get coffee grounds everywhere while you’re scrubbin’ away. I’m kind of obsessed with the smell of this stuff which is that bold coffee scent I love plus grapefruity citrus. Quite a delight, this one. Big fan! Leaves my skin looking fresh and feeling soft.

I’ve come to enjoy having a queue of natural body wash on hand and this is a lovely one for me to add to my arsenal. The basil in here really comes through in the scent and there’s also something giving me a clean laundry vibe so I’m gonna go ahead and say that this is an awesome summer body wash! It has some light lathering going on and while it smells amazing, it rinses clean and my skin feels renewed! Love the full-size bottle as well.

Sarisha Deep Cleansing Face Mask, 2 oz. – Retail Value $33.00

Be still, my heart. Not only do I already live for clay masks, but this grey color that turns a deep blue-grey when mixed is a dream come true for me. It turned into a creamy luscious paste when I added a small amount of water (and of course can be mixed with honey, rose water, etc instead or in addition to) and felt soooo nice as I painted it on with my trusty foundation brush (found here). It didn’t take long at all to dry (about 10 mins or less) back to a more neutral grey which tipped me off that it was ready to gently wash off. Using a warm damp washcloth I don’t mind getting dirty, I easily removed the mask to reveal bright skin that felt clear and even. As always, I followed up with an oil that I love (like this one) to restore moisture.

          • Terrene Beauty Azure Serum- close up of dropper with serum coming out

            2 of 2

Terrene Azure Serum, 15 ml – Retail Value $22.00

This cute little frosted bottle comes with a chubby little dropper to make sure you use the right amount of serum. The palest blue color of this serum brings me a lot of joy and the smell… oh my, YES. I thought my beloved blue tansy was present, but it’s actually yarrow which has the same calming compound (azulene) that has anti-inflammatory properties. The formula is really lightweight and doesn’t leave any stickiness behind. I found this to be a great product to use after cleansing and toning but before any heavier oils or moisturizers. It not only calms my physical skin but my mind as well. 🙂 What a beauty!

Inna Organics Myrrh Deep Moisturizing Facial Mask – Retail Value $8.99

Finally, Laurel & Reed has completed this month’s offerings (with a gorgeous simple blue theme, I may add) with this sheet mask. Made with organic cotton, this mask has a yellowish tint to it and the most wonderful scent coming from the myrrh. Truly relaxing, and without a tremendous amount of extra serum to drip off, I found this to be a lovely masking experience.

The Verdict:  Laurel & Reed knocked it out of the park this month in my opinion. Just gazing upon this collection of clean beauty makes my heart go pitter-patter, and all of the products backed it up with impressive results. Everything smells fantastic, performed well, and left me with calm and soft skin. A+!

              1. I love the variety in this box. It’s a good mix of items

              2. I loved this box. Such a great curation, but I don’t know if I’m “sold” on the price of it…. well, to subscribe at full price that is. I know the $$ value is there, but… My 3-month sub with a 20% off coupon will be ending in July, and I plan to cancel, but I will definitely re-sub for 6-months if I can get my hands on another 20% off offer. 🙂

              3. I’ve been eyeing this one for a while! Everything looks so fancy!
