I bought a mystery box — just got it– and I got the Quentin necklace as the hero item… I LOVE it, but the chain broke after two days. Does anybody have any advice on this? I shot a note to their CS

Perfect! I forgot to order by the first deadline. Just ordered a bunch of candles and a vertical wall planner. I really wanted one of those, but couldn’t justify the price. Much more reasonable at 60% off.

Hmmm. Mine hasn’t shipped yet. I do note on their site that they say items will ship by 7/31… but I ordered the first day of the sale…

You ordered weeks ago? It might be worth an email just to check status. I’ve gotten quick email responses before. I actually don’t remember getting an email notifying me mine shipped, it just showed up at my door. Was a nice surprise! Lol.
