  1. I don’t understand the “follow so and so and get 10 points”. There are always three and they are to the right on the redeem points page. I have always clicked them but have never seen my points go up. Does anyone know how that works? Also, (complaint, not question) why are the rewards so different from what they used to be? I have 1200 points and I wanted to save them for something really good or full size. But no more 1,000 point rewards and ZERO 100 point items. Now I’ve reached the point that I am actually losing points! I suppose I’ll have to get something now to keep from losing 75 points this week. I’m betting a week from now they will have an amazing offer for 1000 points. 😭😸🙄

  3. Ipsy needs to step it up on the rewards points items! They’ve already made it so you can only get 1-2 free items per year. But now, there’s hardly anything to choose from.

  4. These items have been up there for a couple of weeks but they just added two today: a blush for 600 pts and the 111Skin Eye Cream for 600 pts. I jumped at the eye cream because I’ve liked the products by the brand so far but I’d never get to try them with the prices being so high. I have the full sized Vitamin C booster, full sized hydration booster (ipsy offer from a few months ago), & a sample sized theorem serum (add on from last month). If you’re interested, definitely get it ASAP because it probably won’t last long.

  5. Thanks for posting this. I went to redeem points for it and realized I already did on May 2 but never received it. Just like I never received the add on from my glam bag plus for the Purlisse body butter. I don’t know what’s going on with ipsy but this is not OK.

    • If you redeemed points during May, you should get your points redemption in June. I’d email ipsy to find out what’s up with your add-on. They seem to be all sorts of screwed up lately.

      • Thanks, I did email them and they just apologized and said they would send it right away .

    • I think 2 out of the 3 times I’ve redeemed points ipsy has forgotten to send my item with my bag/box. Both times I sent an email and they apologized and sent a replacement. A hassle, but at least they were willing to make it right.

      • Thanks LB it’s good to know that they actually sent yours. One time my replacement was never sent and they offered me a refund that was way less than the value of the item.
