My Meraki Box Jewelry Subscription Review – April 2019
My Meraki Box is (IMO) an amazing monthly jewelry subscription box by Wristicuffs, an indie jewelry company offering several lines of accessories. Meraki is a Greek word meaning “To do something with soul, creativity, or love; when you leave a piece of yourself in your work.”
Each month, this box will feature new exclusive designs, only available to subscribers. You will be able to log in and select your preference of either leather, gemstone, or metal color options. This information will be used to create customized jewelry just for you in a design and color you are sure to love!

My Meraki Box Subscription Review: “The Tropical Collection”
Inspired by warmer weather and tropical locations we wanted to create a collection that would bring you a touch of the tropics!
Each box includes an insert detailing the items included, as well as the collection theme. This month, I received items from “The Tropical Collection.”
Each of the items comes in either a sturdy little jewelry box or a small velvet bag. This is a fantastic touch, enabling you to gift your treasures easily!
Capparis Double Wrap Stretch Beaded Bracelet – Estimated Value $69.99 (based on a similar item here)
I love receiving bracelets, as they are custom fit for your wrist based on the size you provide. This bracelet color was the stone variant selection of the month and I selected “sand” – as you were given different tropical elements (sunset, sand, sea, volcano, or greenery) to choose from. I am very happy with this neutral bracelet, especially after some of the bolder pieces I’ve received in the last few boxes. I’ve been really into wearing plain white shirts and distressed jeans, and this bracelet just feels like the right accessory for that look. There is a small sterling silver monstera leaf and a few sterling silver accent beads that tie it into a perfect match for the other pieces in the box!
Wahoo! A bonus! This box contains not one – but TWO beautiful sterling silver necklaces!
Monteverde Necklace – Estimated Value $39.99 (based on a similar item here)
The first necklace features the exact same sterling silver monstera leaf as the bracelet and is set on a 20” Italian sterling silver ball chain. It’s dainty, the pendant measures at around ½” and the ball chain catches the light beautifully for the perfect amount of everyday sparkle.
Tamarindo Necklace – Estimated Value $39.99 (based on a similar item here)
The second necklace layers beautifully with the first since it’s on a slightly shorter (18”) Italian sterling silver ball chain. This necklace features a small sea-shell (or coffee bean!) pendant that is also about ½” in length.
Here are the necklaces layered. Lovely!
Limon Stud Earrings
To complete your Monstera Palm Leaf set, they sent the matching stud earrings! Again, these sterling silver earrings are a perfect match to the Monteverde necklace and the Capparis bracelet. I love their simplicity and on-trend palm theme.
Here’s an image of the earrings worn with the layered necklaces.
And here’s an image of the matching Monstera Palm Leaf set together. I just love it!
Thank You Gift: Beaded Stretch Bracelet
This month special extra is another Wristicuffs piece! I love when they do that! 😊 This beaded bracelet is again totally on trend with the coral ombre color scheme complemented with the other half of the bracelet in a neutral design.
Finally, here are both bracelets on my wrist. I love that they blend together seamlessly and that fun that the pop of color adds to a neutral look.
Verdict: Nailed it! When I saw that the My Meraki Box theme was tropical I couldn’t wait to see what this team came up with – and when I saw the palm leaf I was immediately in love with this set. I will live in it this summer! Let’s talk about value: every one of these pieces is made from high-quality materials including solid sterling silver!
Since these are all exclusive items, if I use average value: this box costs $59.99 and I received 5 pieces of exclusive Wristicuffs jewelry making each piece $12. Since I was able to find three of the items like the ones that I received in the shop, retailing at a combined $150.00 I think that clearly, the delivered value is there.
I’m not sure how they continue to do this month after month but I am floored by the quality, customization, value, and variety offered with this subscription.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, this box ships on the first of every month.
Value Breakdown: At $59.99 for this box, you’re paying $15.00 per piece (not including the special extra coral bracelet).
