Loot Wear May 2019 Spoilers + Coupon!

I have the hello kitty box. Last time i received one was in December, my next one is supposed to be March. I checked the page it’s been pushed back to June, so 3 months late. No information on the June box of course.

I also get lootwear, my first one was in December, minus the underwear. I have not received any underwear in my February, March or April box either. I skipped January. The all supposed to be arriving in June.

Every time I checked everything gets pushed back another month. This company could be out of business and i wouldn’t know

It is one thing that the boxes ship late – I understand things can happen and it’s not a huge deal, unless you plan on gifting some of the items and are hoping to receive them by a certain time. The main issue i have is that they continue to bill you right on time. I have a situation where i have subbed to 2 of their crates (Loot for Her and Marvel Gear and Goods) and paid for 3 crates upfront. I have received one of each crate and both are set to renew in June. I have emailed customer service many times asking if they will push my renewal date since I don’t have all of the first crates yet. They just respond with generic ” we are sorry… and your box is being packed in our warehouse!” messages and ignore my question altogether. I actually subbed to the Marvel box on Black Friday (so Thanksgiving) and was supposed to get 3 crates bi-monthly over the next 6 months. I got one crate late in February, then nothing. Every time I Iogin, my estimated shipping time gets pushed further and further back. Lootwear – I paid for in Feb, got my first package in March,, then nothing. It is supposed to be every month. I should have gotten something in April. Next package looks to ship in June, however they plan on hitting my card for 3 more packages on June 1. So as of June 1, if I don’t cancel, they will owe me 4 lootwear packages that I will get God knows when. I do like the items in the crates that I have received, but I am not sure the aggravation is worth it. My advice is to pay close attention and watch your credit card statements with this company!!
