Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!

For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.

Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.

Peach Cobbler – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

One of my faves! Yay! I can't get enough of this peachy blend of chewies, yogurt coated sunflower seeds, crisp cookies, and almond slivers. For someone who loves sweets and has a peach addiction, this is always a winner.

Cacao Orange – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

Snack #2 is also a good one! I love the blend of soft dried dates with the nutty raw almonds. Finishing out this trio is the delightfully tart addition of cacao orange chewy pieces. It is the perfect blend of earthy and sweet.

Beet Crunch – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

This is not one of my favorite snacks, but I do have some office mates that love it so it won't go to waste. The jalapeno chickpeas are just too spicy for me! They are thoughtfully blended with sunflower seeds and colorful beet chips.

Cinnamon Banana Energizer – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

Yum. Give me all the chewy bananas! I love these mixed with the cinnamon coated almonds. This is one of those snacks that are great alone and even better as a topping to your favorite yogurt. It also has really yummy raisins and pecans.

Natural Energy Nuts – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

While I truly believe that this sub really shines when it sends the super unique snacks, they also have a good selection of more straightforward nut blends that are great for a midday energy boost. This hearty blend of walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds kills hunger cravings and also delivers 7 grams of protein.

Vitamin E Defense – Buy a 6-count for $9.99 (currently out of stock)

This blend of hazelnuts, cranberries, peanuts, and raisins is packed with tons of vitamin E and antioxidants. The mix of textures and a sweet + saltiness is very satisfying.

Raspberry Coconut Muffin – Buy 6 packs for $9.99 (currently out of stock)

This was a new snack for me, so I was really excited. I don't eat dried coconut so I will admit I picked most of those away but the raspberries, cranberries, cookie drops, and almonds alone made for a fine snack that was delightfully sweet but also healthy.

Lemon Drizzle Flapjacks – Buy a 6-count for $9.99

This is my favorite flapjack, though I love them all! This particular snack is drizzled with a sweet lemon icing and the soft texture of the icing and the flapjack itself is delicious! I have a major sweet tooth so I adore this citrusy sweet treat.

Verdict: Graze is always there when I am debating between a donut or a candy bar or something actually good for me. It is great to always have a healthier option close by and helps me make better snacking choices. I highly recommend it to my fellow office snackers!

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Graze, but I received an email today that they will no longer ship to where I live. I like the snacks for portion control, healthiness (compared to standard snack foods) and variety. Sad to see them leave my area. I posted here because it’s the most recent blog on them.

Link for coupon to use graze for $1 first box seems to be broken. Any idea on how to try it for $1?

I tried Graze out for a couple months – I really wanted to love it as it seemed a great way to get great middle of the night pick me up snacks to replenish energy from nursing a newborn.

But in reality, it was very disappointing. There were a couple good snacks in the mix, but so many of them seemed very stale, low in flavor, or tough to chew. And some with whole Almonds were impossible to chew – and I love almonds! I had to throw quite a few away. Many of their dried apple pieces had a similar overly-tough problem. I thought maybe my first box was just a dud, but my second had the same hard-to-chew stale problem.

I just don’t seem to have good luck with the ‘snack’ subs.

The natural Vanilla seed snack and Thai Style Sweet Chili were great, though. And the portion size was satisfying.
