I got my bogo boxes of Mother’s Day. I feel lucky and don’t think I would take the gamble next time. I would contest the charge.

Ya, guess I was lucky too. Received both of mine the Saturday before mother’s day. They shipped out so fast! I also got the Amore Pacific LE box which was AH-mazing!

FYI – I ordered the Mother’s Day box BOGO deal but received notification yesterday that my order was cancelled. Apparently they didn’t have enough stock and couldn’t get more. Sub boxes really need to stop overselling stock, particularly when it’s a deal like that

I don’t blame you. I was super upset too and that’s when I knew I was completely done with them. I talked to two different people hoping that one of them would help me and neither of them did. I just was sad because I would never have purchased one for $40.

I ordered it when it was BOGO and they only sent me one. I did use the promo code, I have the screenshot for the receipt but they said I didn’t enter it and won’t be getting a box. I sent them my screenshot and they said I could return it for a refund if I wanted.

Same thing happened to me. One box. Their answer to my inquiry about my second box was basically “too bad”. They did remind me to “Stay Glossy” though. Smh

Are you kidding? This is preposterous. Wow. Just wow. Unreal. Customer no-service. You caught them in a lie, and they still didn’t make it right.

I have tried Glossybox twice and while I didn’t love the products, I didn’t dislike them completely. However, I will never sign up with them again, simply because of how bad their customer service is. Allure doesn’t always have the best boxes but their customer service is amazing.

I have to totally disagree with you on Allure. I’ve had nothing but terrible customer service from them. They’re incredibly unorganized, lazy, inattentive to concern details and slow to respond. This has been the case many times over the years. And I know it’s the same for most others from the comments constantly posted on here. So count yourself lucky! Hopefully that will continue for you because they do have great boxes, which is why I keep putting up with them. 😄

Oh no! Really? I’ve contacted them a few times and they’ve been really great. So maybe I just didn’t run into the bad ones yet. I hope I never do and I hope if you ever subscribe to them again you don’t get them either.
