OMG I cant believe I allowed myself to be duped again – still no oribe creme – every time I call they have a different answer – some times they say its shipped then 2 weeks later they say they are waiting to receive the product. The same thing happened in Nov with the sunday riley product – this company is a scam – they offer products as an incentive and then force you to buy and older box to get it and then never ship the incentive. Why is MSA still promoting these offers? Its so fustrating

I still havent received my sign up gift at this point I don’t even know what it was suppose to be. But I DID receive all the items in the picture above. I liked both the glosses even though I have a gazillion already. I used the Amore last night and I like it well enough I guess. My face is a little red but I have rosacea and it could be from that. Looking forward to using all the other items. The tanning items always go to my daughters I have zero time nor energy for that anymore, even though I love a good tan.

I signed up for this as soon as this was posted. Then this morning I got an email saying “here’s your refund”. No communication from Allure about why I was refunded. wtf, Allure?

I recommend this product to all hair styles, types, whether air dried or blow dried.
I received a travel size from a box a few months ago and use it every time I shampoo.
Weightless, not oily. It’s VERY similar to the Oribe Supershine Light Moisturizing Cream, which is a grail product for me. Keeps the natural waves in and the tangles out. We got a huge tube of the Oribe Supershine Light Moisturizing Cream in PopSugar, I believe it was.
I’ve re-purchased it and this Featherbalm several times. I think they’re interchangeable as far as effects.

I’m still pissed that (we – sister & myself) get any of the AmorePacific items. We have been subscribers for years…and this is what we get? Look, they are now promising the items for new subscribers.
Yes, I’m angry alright!

Me too! I was SO angry I emailed and called them ..and they literally told me If you don’t like what you got, give it to a friend… finally when I did call to cancel they were just like OK .didnt even try to keep my business… I even messaged them on IG and there response was a JOKE . Then I got an email out of nowhere they they were sending me a lip scrub….I’m grateful for that but really felt that we subs that have been getting this for years should’ve gotten the amore product!! after seeing June spoilers I don’t think I’m missing much…

I called and they said they’d mail me something. I just told them I’d gotten the frizz things before (which I had). I emailed too and they were like “sorry, not sorry” but calling resulted in them actually helping.

I got the Frizz sheets as well and have been with Allure around 2 years. When I called them to complain, I got a really helpful CS agent. I explained that their website said we’d get an Amorepacific item and no mention of the frizz sheets or this only being for new subscribers. I also stated that we are talking about a value difference of around $30 to $2.50 for the sheets and I didn’t feel it was a fair substitution. She asked me which Amorepacific item i was hoping to get and when I told her, she said she’d send one to me in the mail and I’ll get it in 2 weeks. I was shocked as I’ve read that many others got quite a different response.

Oooh, I’m still real salty about that. When all those Amazon subscribers complained about not getting the Anastasia lip last month, they sent those people the product. I called and emailed and sent screen shots of their own website advertising the AmorePacific. I was told by both reps via email and phone that the Amorepacific was only for new subscribers. Well, that’s not true because other ongoing Allure direct subscribers have posted elsewhere that they received the AmorePacific. They’re shameless with lying to subscribers. I’ve been a loyal subscriber; I’m not even one of those people who cause them a hassle by cancelling and re-subscribing every month to get another new member gift! You’d think being an ongoing subscriber would be rewarded instead of slighted.

Yeah, they lie through their teeth. I’ve been subscribing since October and I called to complain when I didn’t receive Anastasia lippie. They told me that the lippie was for new subscribers only. Lies! Anyways, I demanded they sent me one. And to my surprise it actually showed up in the mail the other day

Allure Still owes me a missing item from last summer 🙄 They told me that they had shipped me a replacement item 4 different times
I really wish their customer service could be as good as ipsys because then I would’ve stuck with Then longer than or year and a half that I was with them.

Absolutely love this product, I use it daily. I have a pixie cut with lots of fine hair. It works like a charm for a bit of styling and definition without weighing my hair down!

Lol Marion! For a little oribe leave in 🤔
1 item I would like to try & 5 that I will need to swap or donate. Speaking of swap…does anyone else feel like you get 10 cancelled to maybe 1 swap? I think I’m a big tipper (extras from follows) and I go through pages of follows before I even ask. Still so many cancelled. What am I doing wrong?

I feel it has been harder to swap in the last year to 6 months. Mostly people don’t reply. I am usually swapping for matching items and value and don’t get any reply. If I request an item that doesn’t have a match I have had a lot more success of people replying that they didn’t find anything they wanted. : )

And that’s IF you get this promised gift! Plenty of people who signed up using these Allure promos never got anything, or got something else random because Allure was “out of stock” of the promo item.
Yes, when MSA had a forum, the team did post some interesting statistics (obviously I don’t remember them off the top of my head) that showed only a very small percentage of requested swaps go through! Keep trying! My advice is to try swapping with people who don’t have very many swaps yet! People who’ve been on the swap boards for a while have already swapped for a lot of the things they want.

Same. What are you on swaps? Maybe we can make a trade 🙂
