FabFitFun Spring 2019 Edit Sale Open to All Subscribers!

Once again FFF is up to their normal shipping shenanigans. Last day to ship out pursuant to their advertisements was yesterday. Most all of the people that had not received shipping notices yesterday received an email stating there were OOS items. Again. When confronted about WHAT those items are, there were at least ten different responses. THEN CS reps blamed the warehouse – of course. The poor warehouse is blamed for literally every issue FFF has. THEN, when it is pointed out that FedEx labels are created as if the package is ready to go, but left to sit there without product or movement from their warehouse for upwards of 10+ days, FEDEX is blamed, stating FedEx won’t come pick up the product. That is among the most ridiculous excuse and I would hope FedEx would take offense to this accusation. I asked to cancel my Edit order as the items hadn’t shipped and there was not telling when the unknown OOS items would be available. I was told because a shipping label had been created (days ago), the order was in processing and a refund couldn’t be given. Eventually, hours later and several “supervisors” later, my sale was canceled, including my membership.

I can accept issues with an order. What I can’t accept is a dishonest company with more excuses than a six year old child happy to take hundreds of dollars from me approximately every six weeks, but never get one single order correct the first go round.

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering this sub box avoid the temptation of what appears to be great pricing to avoid the headache and disrespect from a company that clearly doesn’t know how to run a business or be appreciative of their members.

Does anyone know when sale purchases generally ship? I couldn’t find a FAQ on that; just curious when I should be expecting a shipping notice. I watch tracking on subscription boxes like a hawk.

Crap, Liz always posts something the last day of the sale to remind us. I had so much in my cart I needed to go through. Well, it will all be mine now whether I want it or not. Was quite the shock this morning when I checked my bank account. Crap, crap, crap.

Did anyone keep hitting that re-fresh button last night? Or am I the only crazy one…haha. I got most things I wanted, but I didn’t get the Tula cream-serum, they Skyn Lip gloss, and of course some Spongelle ( I hoard them..haha) So if by chance you are reading this and got extra, please let me know..I would be really interested in them! Have a beautiful Hump day!

All I want in life is that brush on sunscreen. I’ve checked everyday multiple times and it is always sold out.

I say that’s all I want. My cart is full of things I also cannot live without. Lol

Remember, ladies: favorite the items you want, and then refresh refresh refresh. When I was a seasonal subscriber I never had a problem getting every thing I wanted doing this.
