EBY Underwear Subscription March 2019 Review

I never received a delivery in the month of March and was unable to find an email or anything mentioning that there was a delay, so I finally wrote to customer care on April 2nd. Ten days later, I finally got a response saying that they were on their way with a tracking number. They didn't apologize or explain the delay but reiterated where in my account I could see tracking for my orders. Hmmph. Not the greatest, but I did receive the missing pair, so I'll let it slide.

When you sign up for EBY, you'll receive a free bonus pair with your first order. If you want to see how easy the process is, check out my review from December! My preferences for this subscription are "briefs and cheekies" (no thongs for me, thanks) and "mixed" (meaning solids as well as prints) in size large.

EBY info card

The included card tells a different woman's story each month. This one features Odette, one of the Haitian women who received a loan of $230 to help her run her health shop out of her home which provides much-needed medications to children in the community.

EBY Undies in package

My new pair of undies came folded and in a small plastic package.

EBY Turquoise briefs

EBY Turquoise Brief Undies, size large

I think these might be the brightest pair of solids I've received from EBY. Some of their prints can get a little wild but their solid colors so far have been mostly neutrals.

The cut is the same as I received in December as well as February, so I'm hoping to get cheekies next month because I like those too. These cover a little more of my backside but are otherwise pretty similar.

close up of printed tag for EBY Turquoise briefs

As always- they are tagless and made from 85% polyamide and 14% elastane. My favorite part it the ultra soft elastic trim on the inside that is nice against the skin and not irritating.

The gusset is always 100% cotton and matches the color of the rest of the undies.

Verdict: While I have no idea what the hold up was with this March shipment of EBY, they eventually replied to my email (although 10 days seems a bit long) and got me my undies. If you aren't picky about colors or patterns and just want a new pair of undies each month that are really comfy and smooth, this might be the subscription for you.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? You may not get the same pair I got based on your preferences, but your first box with the free pair will ship as soon as you sign up.

Value Breakdown: At $16.00 for this box, you're paying $16.00 per pair but will also be helping disadvantaged women get loans and build businesses.

THIS IS A TRULY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I cancelled my subs with them over TWO MONTHS AGO and they will not stop billing me!! They now owe me $106, and the only way I may be able to get them to even stop future billing is by filing a “do not pay” with my bank that costs ME $33!! Eby has NO customer service. They do everything by email (NO phone #), and they often do not reply to messages! And, a simple email to cancel is not enough – they will write you back asking why you want to cancel and will not process anything until you get back to them on that and possibly more. Finally, I wrote in saying “I am not ASKING your permission to cancel, I am TELLING you I am cancelling.” At that point, I got a response saying okay, cancellation processed, and sorry I had a bad experience with them. But then two months after they confimed my cancellations, Eby charged me $106! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Eh, I don’t know. $16 for seamless underwear is a lot when I see Victoria’s Secret also sell seamless underwear while doing all their 10 (or whatever number, usually 6+) for $35 sales. I will admit that the cut for these undies looks a lot cleaner than some of the seamless underwear I’ve seen at Victoria’s Secret lol

I will stick with Splendies.

I dunno, I personally wouldn’t “let it slide” and would have canceled instantly. The last time I had bad customer service like this was with Pley. Paid for boxes they never sent. Emails to customer service went unanswered…and we all know what happened with Pley. I had to eventually dispute with my credit card.

Agree with you! It’s not ok to just not ship a product without any communication.

Bad customer service is such a turn off. 🙁 Pretty color though.
Also, I don’t know if I would classify $16 for one pair as “affordable.”
