  2. I LOVE this months box! There is a lot of stuff in this box that I can’t wait to try. I wasn’t sure about it at first but there are 3 good sized products and 9 other products! This box was loaded up. So far I really like Beautyfix.

  3. I don’t want anything in this box , which I usually never say about BF, and I also paused test tube this upcoming month. Nothing wows me and for the price I’ll put my money towards another beauty box I’ve been wanting to try . I’m not going to spend my hard earn money on boxes I won’t really use the products or enjoy . So I’ll just move on until I can see Mays spoilers again, then I’ll see if I want to resin to BC and TT.

    • It’s not just you. But having said that, if there was a coupon, I would totally sign up. As is, nope

    • Nope, I agree. Lash primer? Sheets mask? Another one of those Jane Iredale primers? Another Hum product too small to benefit from? Andd the sunscreen all have me passing. Meh

  6. Well, this is a new one for me. When I tried the deal last month and signed up, it started a subscription. But the website shows no record of an account with them. So I’m getting charged for a subscription, but I can’t log into the website to manage the sub. When I go to “customer service” on their site, I’m not seeing any way to contact them. Does anyone have a good c.s. email for Dermstore?

      • Good luck with CS… very hot and miss. I’ve had TOTAL hags on the phone before. Shocking how bad they were. Then called back and had the complete opposite experience. Read the reviews online…I think the hags outweigh the nice ones….

    • I had something similar happen once but when I contacted them – I think I called – they fixed it.

    • Same thing happened to me.

    • I had a similar thing happen to me. For some reason after almost 2 years all of us a sudden they said my credit card wasn’t working (but I confirmed with credit card company it was OK). Then they couldn’t even put in a new card number instead. I literally spent 15 minutes on the phone with them trying to figure it out and they ended up recreating my entire account. Luckily I had nice CS reps that time. So I got that month’s box but then the same thing happened the next month! I didn’t even bother to call back or try to fix it that time, I just let my sub get canceled. Luckily I haven’t really missed it since….but I have a huge backlog of products to try anyways.

    • I’ve always had a wonderful experience with CS, they have replaced an entire box for me before when the sunscreen had a month left before expiration. I had a missing box way back also. It’s worth a call, and if you ask they may give you a credit for a box, a friend of mine had one offered for a similar issue of missing a box one month.

    • Thanks everyone! I’ve sent an email but if I don’t get a response, I’ll call. I tried making a new account, but it says my email is already registered. But every password that I normally use doesn’t work and the “reset password” isn’t sending me anything. I even tried seeing if I logged onto it through FB but when I click that, it acts like I’m doing it for the first time. Hopefully, I can get some help solving it. Thanks again!!!

  7. I chose to skip this month’s box but they billed me for it anyways. Not excited about this box as there is only one full size item, but at least there are quite a few.

  12. You know I just subbed two more boxes and told myself that I had to cancel BF for a little while because my excess beauty stock is so plentiful. And I did cancel on the 1st even though I wanted that grape water and sheet mask. Then Naturopathica came and oh my goodness do I want to try this brand but I have 4 full size face scrubs. Now I see this whole box and it’s a great box (as always) with a sampling of all different things for all my different areas. I can’t decide….do I just go ahead and get this box…it is an awesome box, in my opinion….but I already have so much stuff already……arghhhhhhh.

    Sorry, not sorry. My inner dilemma with being a sub addict. I think I should pull the trigger.

    • Yeah, I’m in the same boat, I have way too many subs and a backlog of product to go through so I paused BF and IPGP and canceled Birchbox and reg Ipsy.

      I just signed up for MINTD and Facetory in addition to the 5+ I already get.

    • I just pulled the trigger, too! I have never subbed BeautyFix before nor really been tempted, but this box really caught my eye. I couldn’t find a working discount code. I didn’t know a one time purchase was $34.95 and monthy sub was $24.95, so I went with monthly sub. Hope next month is good, too, and then I can cancel!
