All Good Nourishing Coconut Body Lotion, 6oz – Retail Value $15.99

This moisturizing coconut body lotion is GMO-free, gluten-free, vegan, non-NANO, and biodegradable; ingredients include coconut, calendula, cocoa butter, rosehip, passion fruit oil, rosemary, and aloe. The tube is sealed so you can gift it or add it to swaps, also it was wrapped tightly with the “gripper” to prevent leaks which in my opinion was unnecessary as it made it difficult to rip the seal off the tube. The lotion was non-greasy, lightweight and has a coconut and perfume aroma. It was a nice change to receive a beauty item. Subscribers have mentioned in the comments you can go into your account under your settings and pick your preference in what type of product category you prefer. Has anyone done this, lately?

Verdict: I’m amazed how Mighty Fix continues to bring a variety of products that are useable for my home and this month useful for my skin. I’m pleased with this month’s selection and I’m always excited to open my package and discover a new find. The lotion was perfect and the texture and feel were welcoming to my skin. Also, readers have mentioned in previous reviews that they already received a product I was reviewing. This month’s product is valued at $15.99 covers the $10 cost of this subscription.

  1. I did not care for this lotion – the scent or the texture. And I agree with others about the terrible, hard to open, and non-eco friendly packaging!

  2. I received the healing goop made by the same brand one month. It is useful, and it comes in a glass jar, which is better than this. I received a different item this month, toothpaste, but it comes in a similar tube, and I am really disappointed in this kind of packaging. It’s not recyclable; in fact, the cardboard box my toothpaste came in is coated and ALSO not recyclable! The included toothbrush can be recycled, but you have to send it back to the manufacturer. I’m sure these products fulfill the ingredient-conscious goals of MightyNest, but they totally contradict the company’s additional stated missions of promoting sustainability and eliminating disposables. I have’t bought products in tubes like this for over a year now. There are really great alternatives available (e.g. the bamboo toothbrushes, which they already carry) and I wish MightyNest would promote those instead.

  3. This lotion is what I received when they were doing that “first box free” promo last year. I received a lemongrass scent.

  4. I’m in my third year of MightyFix and it’s still quite practical, useful, and enjoyable!
